「I had a great experience at Scenic Hotel. During check-in, the male staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me lots of useful information about the area, including the best places to eat, where to park, and tips for seeing the penguins. His local knowledge really helped make our trip easier and more enjoyable. The next morning, after coming back late from travelling, I asked the reception if I could check out 15–20 minutes later. The staff member on morning reception was very cool, understanding, and friendly. She happily allowed the late checkout with no issues at all. Overall, both staff members provided excellent service, and I really appreciated their kindness and helpful attitude. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding customer service!」

「場所は町の中心部から比較的離れており、比較的静かな商店街での買い物は比較的面倒なので、自動運転での旅行はそれほど混乱しません。第三者の屋外公共駐車場、またはダブルツリー バイ ヒルトンとの共用駐車場に駐車する場合は料金を支払う必要があります。部屋はかなり広いですが、私たちの部屋はホテルのファサード改修工事の足場に近いため、若干眺望に影響が出ます。しかし、私たちが設定した価格を考えると、価格性能比はまだ良いと感じています。」

「ホテルの場所はとても良いです、部屋は少し狭いです、フロントデスクの女性はとてもフレンドリーですが、ホテルの駐車場は少し高価で、1日40ニュージーランドドルなので、私たちは車を道端に駐車しました。さらに、ホテルの朝食はビュッフェではありませんが、満腹になることもできます。全体的に良いホテル。」

「The room was very spacious and had great natural lighting, which I really appreciated. It felt comfortable during the day and overall the space itself was quite nice. However, the WiFi was extremely poor. Even basic social media would keep buffering, and trying to watch a show at night was almost impossible — it would pause every couple of minutes. Since there’s not much to do around in the evening, this was pretty frustrating. Another thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was the mirror placement next to the bed upstairs. It’s not directly facing the bed, but if you turn to the side, you’re basically looking straight into it. I know this might not bother everyone, but in some cultures (like feng shui), having a mirror facing the bed is considered bad for sleep and overall comfort, so it felt a bit odd to me. The bathroom was also a bit annoying — the fan automatically turns on with the light and can’t be switched off separately. It was quite loud, so even using the bathroom felt uncomfortable after a while. Parking space was decent in size, but getting out was inconvenient. I had to reverse multiple times because the space behind wasn’t very wide. Overall, the room itself is nice, but the WiFi and some layout details could really use improvement.」

「ダブルツリーは、マウントクックからクイーンズタウンに到着して、直前に決めたホテルです。値段は高いですが、2泊して後悔はありません。設備の整った簡易キッチンが付いていて、料理もできますが、外食したので利用しませんでした。唯一納得できないのは、敷地内なのに駐車料金を払う必要があることです (1泊NZD$16)。駐車場は十分にあり、車で来るゲストは、滞在中は無料で利用できるはずです。 クイーンズタウン郊外ですが、ホテルの桟橋から水上タクシーを利用できます。環境と素晴らしい部屋はおすすめですが、駐車料金が必要なので、設備は3つ星です。 湖のそばにあるので、静かで平和で、野生動物にも出会えます。チェックイン時のフロントデスクのスタッフもとても丁寧で親切でした。」

「先日、シーニックホテルサザンクロスに宿泊し、大変快適な滞在を楽しみました。このホテルの最大の魅力の一つは、その素晴らしい立地です。ダニーデン駅、世界で最も急な坂道であるボールドウィンストリート、クイーンズガーデンなど、ダニーデンの主要観光スポットの多くが徒歩圏内にあります。観光で訪れる方にも、主要な場所への便利なアクセスを求める方にも、このホテルは理想的な立地です。 チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きはスムーズで効率的、スタッフは温かく迎えてくれたので、滞在中はストレスなく過ごすことができました。部屋は清潔でよく手入れされており、街を観光した後のくつろぎの空間として快適に過ごせました。 もう一つのメリットは、ホテル敷地内に駐車場がある点です。特に中心部にあるこのホテルでは、大変便利です。 総じて、ダニーデンで快適で便利なホテルをお探しの方、フレンドリーなサービスと必要なものがすべて揃ったホテルをお探しの方には、シーニックホテルサザンクロスをおすすめします。」

「A lovely place to stay, the location is strategically located near to the centre. The famous Fergburger is less than 5 minutes walk. Parking is limited but you can try and ask for a reservation at the hotel. The room itself was spacious, comfortable bed and big room. Breakfast was simple but still very good. Enough amenities and everything is provided including complimentary snacks and drinks. Happy hour is 5-6pm at their common room.」

「長途機後落車，電郵酒店check in會遲少少到達，前台已一早準備迎接，酒店附近十分鐘內已可以到達景點加餐廳，酒店職員非常有禮，我女兒生日，還有一個生日小蛋糕，給了女兒的驚喜，酒店小小心意客人已感受到，不完美就是，早上約7點多有應該有服務員開門而我們仍然睡覺中，不知原因，已將此事告知前台，留意此情況。」
