Excellent 5 star hotel with exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of a young lady from guest relations help me with an internal flight ticket issue I had, and she also helped me book some business class coach tickets to Islamabad showing me considerable care. All the staff are kind and courteous and will do the upmost to help hotel guests. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Gym was large with good equipment for cardio weights., whilst the pool was perfectly temperature controlled. I genuinely was surprised and impressed with how good this hotel is and I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

ホテル自体は良いのですが、受付の対応が最悪でした。部屋で変な音が絶えずしていたので、部屋の変更をお願いしました。しかし、その日は満室だったため、受付のスタッフは変更してくれませんでした。満室で変更できないのは仕方ないのですが、騒音を止める対応をしてくれませんでした。どんな音が聞こえたのかをAさんに聞くため、2度ほど受付のスタッフ（Aさん）を呼んだところ、Aさんは「別のフロアのハウスキーピングがまだやっているのかもしれない（夜中の1時！）ので確認します」などと言ってくれましたが、1時間経ってもまだ変な音が聞こえていました。明らかにAさんは騒音を止める対応をしてくれなかったので、私は再び受付の他のスタッフ（Aさんの上司であるBさん）を部屋に招きましたが、BさんはAさんの話を聞いておらず、上司であるBさんもAさんが騒音に対して何をしたのか全く知りませんでした。BさんはAさんに騒音に対して何をしたのか聞いてフィードバックすると約束してくれました。しかし、B 氏は何のフィードバックもくれませんでした。翌日の午前 8 時に部屋の変更をリクエストしましたが、受付スタッフ (C 氏) が体調不良のようだったので、C 氏は他のスタッフに部屋の変更をリクエストするように言いました。しかし、何も起こりませんでした。そのため、午前 11 時頃、再度受付に行き、部屋の変更をリクエストしました。しかし、他のスタッフ (D 氏) は、チェックアウト時間は正午なので、まだ空室はないと言いました。しかし、それは私が 8 時に部屋の変更をリクエストしたのに、午後 11 時まで受付に行ったが、何も知らされなかったことを意味します。事前に正午まで待つように通知するべきでした。このようなひどいサービスに非常に失望しました。通知の問題についてはまったく反応がなく、翌日は私が何度もリクエストするまで部屋の変更について何も知らされませんでした。受付のスタッフは非常に貧弱でプロ意識が低いです。

1. I had a pleasant stay at Royal Swiss hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. 2. Royal Swiss hotel was a good choice for my trip. Check-in was quick, the facilities were well maintained, and I had a relaxing stay overall. 3. I enjoyed staying here. The atmosphere was quiet, the room was tidy, and everything I needed was available during my visit. 4. The hotel offered good value for the price. The staff were welcoming, and the location made it easy to visit nearby attractions and restaurants. 5. My experience at Swiss Lahore hotel was positive

Despite the design of the hotel are good, with many different choices of restaurants but I need to complain the counter staffs' service. Moving slow and face look cold, not active nor friendly, suggest to have some training to enhance their attitude and procedure. I visit twice but each time we took long time when check-in. Otherwise the room and facilities are okay. Not very recommended until they could improve service quality and staffs attitude.

Overall experience was good. I have been going to this hotel since I was a little boy in the 90s. The good: Quality service. Amazing breakfast buffet with local and continental options. Breathtaking view. Consistency across 3 decades. The bad: Facilities are very outdated and need a big upgrade. My 4 year old played on the same swings that I played at his age. Great for nostalgia and recreating old pics. However, shows how outdated things are. In fact, some were just broken. Table tennis and squash rooms that were freely available for guests years ago are closed and replaced with some 4D entertainment which wasn't functional. Not much for recreation for a resort-type hotel. Room TVs were not smart TVs.

From U.K. over 3 years now I am a regular  guest of this first class hotel in my birth city of Faisalabad through different International trips organisations. As usual my this visit was excellent all the way from express checkin by Duty manager Mr Obaid with welcome drink and service commitment delivery of required non smoking room with compliment fruit basket in my room. On my breakfast same dedicated start Mr Zahid and Miss Qurat ul Ain recognised me and every day looked after my wonderful breakfast for a start of the day! I had the opportunity to meeting with their new general manager Mr Asif Shah who is putting his expertise to make more changes in their coffee shop restaurant and over all facilities and services of the hotel. Therefore I was willing to extend my stay through Trip.com but on 4/10/2026 I had to checked out from this hospitality team as from next day this hotel was fully booked for Pakistani and Bangladeshi under 19 women cricket teams for their friendly matches in Iqbal Stadium a wonderful event for the local community of my home city in my home country of Pakistan!

到着時（昼の2時頃）まだ部屋の清掃中だから、少し待ってほしいと言われました。しかし待っている間、フレッシュジュースや食べ物まで振る舞ってくれました。そして案内された部屋はとても素晴らしい部屋でした。清潔で快適に過ごせました。昼の12時チェックイン、昼の12時チェックアウトなので、どうしても清掃は綱渡り的になってしまうと思います。そこを上手にホスピタリティでカバーしているなと思いました。午前中にマラソン大会があったので、マラソン後にシャワーを浴びたく、朝マラソンに出ていく時に「チェックアウトではない」と告げて行くと、ちゃんとそのまま部屋をキープしておいてくれました。昼12時チェックアウトは本当に助かりました！

このホテルの立地は最高で、近くのショッピングモールまで徒歩わずか10分です。階下には軽食店がいくつかあり、夜はFoodpandaで注文するのもとても便利でスピーディーです。 スタッフの方々は信じられないほど丁寧で親切でした。Trip.comで予約した直後、到着時間や特別な要望についてWhatsAppで連絡をくれました。地図と正確な位置まで送ってくれたのも、とても親切で心遣いが感じられました。 客室に関しては、専用の温水設備はありませんが、パキスタンの暑い気候のおかげで水温は自然に温かく、まるで温かいシャワーを浴びているようでとても快適でした。 何か質問があれば、WhatsAppでメッセージを送るだけで、ほぼいつでもすぐに返信をもらえました。素晴らしい滞在だったので、次回パキスタンを訪れる際も必ずこのホテルを選びます。

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I have booked the room through Trip.com but when i arrived at the hotel, they told me to pay again to them because they didn’t receive the money from Trip.com, So i paid twice for staying once. Be careful guys.
