Wygodny parking, super lokalizacja, czysto, spokojnie. Różnorodne śniadanie. Polecam. Jedynie wjazd do bramy jeszcze lepiej oznakowany , bo było kółeczko.

Brak restauracji … No i winda też by się przydała, po za tym ok …parking przed hotelem na ulicy ( nigdy nie wiadomo czy trafisz miejsce) ,ale za to za darmo.

We had a pleasurable stay at the hotel, location was perfect and amenities okay.
The only thing that let them down is guests allowed to smoke within the premises. There were nights we had to open the window as smoke from other rooms was very strong in ours.

十分。きれいですが疲れた茶色の装飾は少し落ち込んでいて、リフレッシュで行うことができます..朝食を注文しませんでしたが、前夜に泊まった素敵な場所に比べて高価でした。(ロズでの滞在を延長する必要があり、町のロックコンサートで予約された他のすべての場所でのみここに滞在しました)。ベッドサイドのランプが機能しなかった場合、夜のレセプションは役に立ちました。戻るのを気にしません。

Sam pobyt był krótki, bo zaledwie 1 noc, ale ogólne wrażenie bardzo pozytywne. Ładne schludne pokoje, czysto, cicho. Śniadanie smaczne. Na niewielki minusik tylko cena za parking (80zł).... Szczerze to kwota mnie lekko zaskoczyła (spodziewałem się czegoś około 50zł), no ale Polska jako kraj ogólnie staje się już chyba najdroższym krajem w Europie (poza Skandynawią) więc i to niedługo przestanie dziwić :)

Polecam hotel osobom niezdecydowanym, znajduje się trochę na uboczu, ale w dalszym ciągu blisko Manufaktury. Hotel jest nowy, piękny i bardzo czysty. Zasługuje na pięć gwiazdek. Pokój był duży, bardzo ładnie urządzony. Śniadanie i kawa bardzo dobre.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them.
I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

This hotel reception when we check in that man ok, but when we check out, one man and one woman all the time chatting, there is no any good service of them and bar food not so good, service so so. Breakfast service ok.
Room clean and parking ok.

匿匿名ユーザー一人で一泊でしたがお部屋も広くバスルームもしっかりしてて過ごしやすかったです。
チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもして頂けました。
またチェックアウト後でしたがちょっとした個人のトラブルの相談も乗っていただき助かりました。フロントの方の対応が良かったです。
ただ、フロントに行くまで階段しかなくエレベーターがなかったので大きいキャリーを持ってた女子一人では大変だったので入り口に行くまでのエレベーターがなかったのが少し残念でしてがそれ以外は満足です。

素晴らしい
ゲゲストWe stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel.
The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated.
In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant.
Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.
