Always choose this hotel when in Szczecin. Location couldn't be better. Lots of dining and shopping options around. Breakfast is decent. Bar is great with lots of craft beer choices (bottles) and other beers on tap. Very affordable.

The room is clean and smells good. The service is good. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is nice that there is TV in the room in different languages. This is my first experience in a Polish hotel and it is excellent

Nie wieder. Harte Betten, altes Mobiliar, die Zimmerreinigung kam entweder gegen 17.00 Uhr oder gar nicht. Die Rezeption unfreundlich und überfordert. Lieber mehr Geld ausgeben und ein anderes Hotel buchen.

I checked in and went up to the room the room was setting for one person and toilet bin wasn't empty. I called the reception they sent the cleaner straight away but I didn't feel comfortable. Daily cleaning was good. Great location. Breakfast was great when I had a early breakfast. I went down after 9am there was a no table and food wasn't filled. Last day my son wasn't feeling well so I asked if I can takeaway some breakfast the waiting staff kindly gave me a bag to take it with us. Nice small pool and gym. Only allowed over 18years old.

The Hotel is generally ok. However, the shampoo available in the shower was the worst liquid I have ever seen. You would need a full glass of it to be able to wash your hair.

部屋にはいくつかの小さな部屋がありますが、それでも良いです。お金に非常に良い値。場所はとても良く、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。私は滞在が大好きです。

Modernes Hotel, leckeres Frühstück, modernes zimmer (sehr gut eingerichtet aber eher klein), kostenlose und einladende Sauna. Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof. An sich auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, nur der Zimmerservice kam zwei Mal nicht bzw. Hat nur müll geleert.

ゲゲスト車でのみ行くことができます。受付係は最初から暖かくプロフェッショナルな態度でとても良い印象を与えました。ホテルは新しく(匂いがする)、ロシタンを使用したアメニティです。
シャワールームのデザインは実用的ではなく、慎重にシャワーを浴びることさえ容易にトイレを浸水させます。レストランのスタッフはプロフェッショナルではなく、ビュッフェバーはゲストにビュッフェが閉鎖されることを知らせずに午後19時にクリアされます。一部のゲストでさえまだ食事をしています(ピークシーズンではなく、ゲストも少ないことがわかりますが、すべての食べ物は午後19時20分前にクリアされます)
全体的に快適な滞在です。
小さな子供がいる家族にも適しています。

AAppleKThis is a 5-star hotel as soon as we walked into the hotel we could feel it. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When I reported that the fridge in our room was not working, it was changed straight away. The room was spacious and clean, most importantly the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and town centre with walking distance.
I would stay again on my next visit to Szczecin. 👍

ゲゲストAmazing hotel and amenities. Hotel is right by the water; wonderful breakfast is included. We found it strange that there was no room service besides cleaning out the garbage's. For the price of the room daily room service of switching out towel and making the beds should have been provided. Besides that, we had a great time!

ゲゲストThere is a private resident that makes tremendous noise during the day and there is nothing much that can be done about it.
Front reception staff are highly competent and quite friendly.
Gym is through McFit so considerably better than most hotel gyms.
