Foi agradável, apesar de na alturaem que lá estive Leiria estava sem energia elétrica devido á tempestade.

家族と私は2月にこのホテルに宿泊しました。スタッフは皆とても親切で、朝食の品数も豊富で、夜は快適なアームチェアと長椅子のあるバーでリラックスできました。 素晴らしい環境です。 ファティマの聖地から簡単にアクセスできます。 部屋は広くて清潔です。 便利な場所にあります。私の母は85歳の高齢女性ですが、歩き回るのは楽でした。

Le service a été très bien, accueil chaleureux et très propre. Très proche du sabtuaite ce sui est aussi très bien. Je recommande cet hôtel.

素敵で上品なホテルで、とても暖かく、ベッドも快適でした。ただ、朝食前にシャワーのお湯が冷たかったのが2日間続きました。 2泊したのですが、1日目は朝食の時間が決まっていてスムーズだったのに、2日目（日曜日）はホテルが満室で、朝食の時間が決められておらず、大混乱でした。バーカウンターで立ちながら待っている人もいました。しかも、ジュースもグラスもなく、ほとんど何も食べられず、ウェイターたちは慌ただしく走り回っていました。要するに、とても不快な思いをしました。 さらに、チェックアウトの際、前日のバーの請求書を渡されました。私たちはそのバーには行っていませんし、そもそもそこにもいませんでした。つまり、ホテル側が部屋番号を間違えたか、宿泊客が私たちの部屋番号を間違えて伝えたかのどちらかでしょう。いずれにしても、運営側のずさんさが目につきました。

Goo Quality hoted as very reasonable price. Great Location. Professional approach. Big room size and washrooms. Accesories provided. They have lots of hotel from parent chain to choose from.

It was a small room, with no space for a decent chair. There were no cups or glasses whatsoever, not even in the toilet. We were the only two taking breakfast there. The food was acceptable.

Only a few steps from the square, the location is excellent. Parking on the compound is free - and parking in the garage was extended for free as well although I didn’t need it as I had a lot just behind the reception. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. Would stay again if I were to go to Fatima again.

We are happy to have chosen this hotel to stay for 3 nights.  1. Fairly new and trendy design and facilities. Large size rooms that are clean and well equipped.  2. Excellent location to Fatima sanctuary.  3. Staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention to Ms Komal who welcomed and checked us in. She made a good impression and represented Mercure very well.  The hotel must keep good staff like her and trained all to that standard.  4. Very good breakfast selection and warm dishes like eggs cooked to your order.  Highly recommended!

So so good! The location is ideal for visiting Fátima - its just across the street and about 5 mins drive / 10 min walk from the bus station The hotel staff were lovely and even upgraded my room which was a lovely surprise. They were also accommodating to my slightly later checkout which i really appreciated! Thank you to Jorge and the team at Estrela for a memorable stay!
