「Hotel localizado em zona excelente de lazer, com excelentes condições, para um bom descanso e revitalização do corpo e mente. Bom atendimento, excelente pequeno almoço. O restaurante é óptimo. A partir do Hotel temos acesso aos passadiços que acompanham o Rio Minho, passeio agradável e de fácil acesso. A única ressalva é que o estacionamento é pago, ou temos de deixar os veículos fora numa zona mais complicada e desprotegida.」

「Everything is great, location and the bed. If I am not mistaken there is no hair dryer. It would be great if there is one. Other than this, everything is good. A short walk from the train station.」

「Lovely hotel, lobby and reception area, bright cheerful and funky, very relaxed and unobtrusive, staff very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Great choice and selection at breakfast, from fresh fruit and yogurts, cereals and seeds, preserves, toppings, breads, pastries and hot dishes and  for cold meats and cheeses. Evening menu somewhat limited in variety, set menu throughout, excellent quality and portion size, nice wine selection and full bar. If I have a negative, it would be my room, small but fully functional, with mini bar (limited), ideal for a solo traveller, but cramped if sharing. The decor of the room is what let it down! It was painted a dark blue/green which gave the feel of being closed in! Housekeeping service excellent. Overall 9.5/10」

「Tranquilidade, Simpatia contagiante no primeiro dia por parte do recepcionista foi determinante para uma boa estadia. Local muito tranquilo e sossegado. Temperatura ambiente do hotel e do quarto muito boa. Piscina interior aquecia com boa temperatura e bom horario de funcionamente e sem tempo defenido tb muito bom. Nada de menos possitivo tenho a apontar. Hotel onde regressarei seguramente.」

「Very good location, close to village center with a lot of shops nearby. All staff was super friendly, and room was super clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. The hotel has a very calm ambiance with gorgeous views to the river Vez. Parking was also available. I definitely recommend a stay at the hotel.」

「Para los amantes de la montaña la ubicación del hotel es ideal, hemos ido con dos niños y la habitación familiar muy amplia y cómoda y el desayuno buffet un básico pero suficiente. Nuestra mayor sorpresa de las instalaciones y más en esta época del año es que no tiene calefacción, no salía de mi asombro, porque el hotel realmente esta bastante bien, pero no tener calefacción un hotel de montaña. El servicio muy amablemente nos facilitó una pequeña estufa eléctrica que verdaderamente nos facilitó la estancia. Deberían valorar este tema, más cuando en la su página web ponen que las habitaciones están totalmente equipadas incluida la calefacción.」

「Já conhecia o hotel há alguns anos. Óptima localização em frente ao rio e não muito distante do centro da Vila. Óptimo SPA, quarto espaçoso e confortável, limpeza soberba, staff muito simpático, breakfast variado e muito bom, restaurante agradável com boas refeições, etc」

「Good stay overall, nice price and amenities with the outdoor pool and indoor as well - nice indoor pool temperature for Portugal. Bad part is that the hotel is clearly understaffed and cleaning is not good. The spa bathroom was not cleaned for 3 days as per the sheet there, but it looked like 30 days」
