素敵なホテルです。空港の近くで、車で 5 分です。シャトル サービスは 30 分ごとに運行しています。ホテルは清潔で、手入れが行き届いています。部屋はかなり広く、デザインも美しいです。部屋のバスタブとオーバーオールの空港風の装飾が気に入りました。絶対にお勧めです。また利用します。

ホテルは空港の近くに便利な場所にあります。空港からホテルに行くには、到着ホールに行き、バスターミナルの標識に従って、レンタカーオフィスを通り過ぎてバスターミナルに到着します。ホテルへのシャトルは15分ごとに来ます。私の部屋は清潔で静かです。お湯はお湯の蛇口からかなり速いです。 WiFiは部屋で簡単にアクセスでき、安定しています。朝食(6-10am)は、イングリッシュブレックファーストアイテム(卵、ベーコン、ソーセージ、豆、トースト)、コンチネンタルブレックファーストアイテム(コールドカット、チーズ、パン)、サラダ、フルーツ、シリアル、ヨーグルト、ジュースなど、全体的に快適な滞在ができました。

マンデラ広場に隣接しているのが利点ですが、欠点も多数あります。前の人が宿泊した時からキルトは変えられていないような気がします。部屋は狭すぎ、クローゼットや冷蔵庫はなく、シャワーの水は普通ですぐに漏れ、家の外はかなりうるさいです。サービスは良かったです。最終日の夜にチェックアウトしたのですが、無料で返金してくれることになりました。ありがとう。個人的には次回もここには住まないと思います。

Affordable three star. Pleasant stay and safe parking. Comfortable bed. WiFi didn't work in the room and no flexibility whatsoever for early check-in (”the rooms aren't ready” - but suddenly they're all ready at the same time...). Would stay again at the correct price point.

空港に非常に近く、無料シャトルバスもありますが、バスに乗るにはインターコンチネンタルホテルの裏を歩かなければなりません。このホテルは私が宿泊したすべてのハオリダインの中で最悪でした。主な理由は、部屋の設備が非常に古く、臭い、シャワールームの排水ができない、シャワーとトイレに水が出る、または出ないことです。部屋にはミネラルウォーターもありました。 5時以降はホテルの外を歩くことは絶対に禁止されています。私は6時頃にホテルから50メートル離れたところで強盗に遭いましたが、幸いにも空港から戻ってきたシャトルバスの運転手に助けられました。
ホテルのメールアドレスが必要なので、運転手さんにお礼の手紙を書き、感謝の気持ちを伝えるためにお金を送りたいと思っています。翌日慌ててホテルを出て忘れてしまったので、シートリップさんに提供していただければと思います。

このホテルでの経験は快適でした。非常に危険度の高いエリアに位置していますが、大使館や部署のオフィスの近くで用事があるなら、ここは最適な場所です。スタッフは感じがよく、ビュッフェもおいしかったです。

ゲゲストUpon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored.
Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside.
After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay.
The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message.
From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable.
Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

I was booked into one of the Villa Suites, and it was an experience in itself. The suite was beautifully appointed, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with comfort in a way that felt both indulgent and homely. Every detail from the plush furnishings to the serene garden views contributed to a sense of effortless relaxation. It truly felt like a private sanctuary.
The service throughout my stay was impeccable. Staff members were warm, attentive, and intuitive without ever being intrusive. Whether it was assistance with luggage, dining recommendations, or simply a friendly check‑in to ensure everything was perfect, the team consistently delivered with professionalism and charm.
The hotel grounds are equally impressive. Lush, tranquil, and meticulously maintained, they create a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the bustle of the city. It’s the ideal setting for unwinding, whether by the pool, in the spa, or simply strolling through the gardens.
Dining at Fairlawns was another highlight. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour, with a menu that balances creativity and comfort. Every meal felt like a treat.
Overall, Fairlawns Boutique Hotel offers an exceptional blend of luxury, privacy, and heartfelt hospitality. My stay in the Villa Suite was unforgettable, and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone seeking a refined and restorative escape in Johannesburg.

MMpho Molefeミント ホテル 84 は、清潔で快適な客室とフレンドリーなサービス スタッフを備え、基本的な機能を備えています。私の部屋はクイーンベッドのあるスタンダードダブルで、デスク、コーヒーメーカー、シャワーの水圧も十分で、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。ベッドはかなり快適で、部屋は毎日すぐに掃除されていました。
ダイニングエリアでの朝食には、シリアル、トースト、フルーツ、ペストリー、*など、さまざまなオプションがありました。食べ物は平均的な品質と新鮮さで、特別なものはありませんでしたが、一日を始めるのに十分でした。

TTraveling Tan先日このホテルに宿泊したのですが、シャトルサービスの制限にがっかりしました。全体的な満足度は平均的でしたが、24時間シャトルサービスがないのは、特に早朝便の場合、大きな不便でした。
このホテルを選んだ主な理由の一つは、立地と空港へのシャトルサービスでした。しかし、チェックイン時に、シャトルサービスは午前7時以降しか運行していないと告げられました。私のフライトの出発時間が早かったため、これは非常に不便でした。受付に代わりの選択肢について尋ね、柔軟な対応やサポートを期待しましたが、代わりにUberを手配するように勧められただけでした。
以前、空港近くの他のホテルに宿泊したことがあり、24時間シャトルサービスは当たり前だと思っていました。このホテルでは、同じレベルの利便性が提供されていなかったことに失望しました。Uberのような配車サービスを利用すると追加料金がかかることを考えると、この予期せぬ出費は嬉しい驚きでした。

ゲゲストThis is a great hotel , in a good location. The check in was smooth, room service is a bit slow though. House keeping is excellent, I like them so much . The facility is great but I didn’t like the pool area , is always packed with so many people. Some of them weren’t even guest at the hotel . Which make it a bit unsafe to leave your belonging just lying around. I mean you have to pack up everything every time you go to the loo. The pool area had no space to sit and chill on especially in the afternoon. The bar takes a bit long to prepare drinks . The waitress/waiter were amazing. I just didn’t like the check out time . 10 am it’s too early and they weren’t keen on extending with just one hour . I don’t think I’ll book again . Safety issues. If other people didn’t have that much access to the hotel I wouldn’t mind staying there again.
