A modern well appointed hotel ideally situated across from the famous Busselton jetty. A rarity was the free parking provided by the hotel. Our room looked as if it was built only months ago, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great friendly service. The only negative was an alarm going off at 6 a.m.. It only lasted for seconds with an announcement of a critical incident. The power went off and the door lock opened. Looking into the hallway neighbouring guests were exiting and the fire doors had closed so we dressed and exited also down the stairs. Once outside we looked into the lobby to see all was normal. With another couple we approached staff to enquire about the situation. We were told it was a false alarm but unfortunately no announcements were made to clarify no need to be concerned. Returning back to our room via the elevator we found the fire doors still activated, so back to the desk. The other couple arrived seconds later with the same problem. Most concerning how lax management were about the situation. I’m sorry with a smile and too bad it happened. An hour after the power went off again and our door unlocked. I mentioned it on departure and they said glitches had been happening. Most disappointing end to what should have been a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. Highly suggest a staff review.

Nice and tidy - friendly helpful staff. I missed dinner but lucky that has some really yummy sandwiches in their snack fridge was very grateful. It’s not on the cheaper end so I only stay when they have deals but it’s a good quality joint and always get a good night sleep.

初めて泊まった時は10点満点でした。若いオーストラリア人女性がとても親切で、早めにチェックインさせてくれました。景色が素晴らしく、ホテルも素敵だったので2度目の予約を入れましたが、2度目はシェルガレージが見えるだけの奥の部屋に通されました。それに、他の部屋ほど綺麗に整えられておらず、バスルームもあまり良くありませんでした。つまり、どの部屋になるかによって本当に印象が変わります。

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful and spacious property with large rooms, and we were lucky to have a room on the second floor. The high ceiling made it feel even more comfortable, and the balcony was spacious and enjoyable. The room had everything we needed, including a small but very useful kitchenette. The private access to a beautiful beach was definitely a highlight. Overall, we were very satisfied and happy that we chose this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful vineyard hotel. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, offering stunning views of the vineyard. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to relax and chilling in the vineyard.

自動運転ツアーのため、このホテルほど近くに適した場所はありません。部屋は快適で、衛生状態は良好で、メインの価格は比較的低く、一晩で十分です。

Beautiful place to stay, great location, near to the beach, clean and nice environment, amenities. Very nice and friendly staff. Beautiful beaches, parks that you can visit.

ビーチサイドの楽園。イルカが海岸線近くを泳いでいます。エミューがキャンプ場や駐車場周辺を歩き回っています。アメニティも充実しており、プールが2つ、キッチン設備、レストラン、モンキーバーでのハッピーアワーまであります。モーテルの部屋に泊まりましたが、ビーチの景色と日の出・日の入りの眺めが最高でした。クルーズは絶対に体験すべきです。素晴らしいですよ。

パース駅から徒歩15分くらいで、そこだけ評価4とさせていただきました。しかし繁華街には近いです。 入った瞬間から良い匂いでした。ロビーが豪華で、チェックインは日付を超えていましたが、スタッフさんの対応もよかったです。部屋に入るとテレビ画面に私の名前が表示されていました^_^バスローブやスリッパがあるところも良いです。タオルもたくさんありました。シャワールームは完全に閉鎖されないので、シャワーの水が散らないように配慮が必要です。 ジムが24時間、プールが6:00〜19:00で入れて、朝晩は肌寒かったので入らなかったですが、ベンチでゆっくりできました。水深が結構あり、浮き輪もあったので泳げたら楽しかったなあと思います。シャワーとバスタオルもあります。 チェックアウト日は朝早くから荷物を預けて、夜戻ってから受け取りもスムーズでした。 日本語が喋れるスタッフさんがおられ、最後にホテルのトートバッグをプレゼントしていただきました！日本が大好きと言っていただき、とても嬉しかったです！トートバッグはパースの素敵な思い出で、宝物です、ありがとうございました！！

I arrived late, but the staff came to the front desk right away. The service was polite and left a good impression. The room was also very clean. I would like to stay here again.
