Hotel de excelente padrão. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o restaurante. Jantar não foi bom e no café da manhã as duas máquinas de café estavam estragadas, sendo q o café só era servido em pequenas térmicas.
De resto, tudo perfeito.

O atendimento foi incrível, tanto pelo WhatsApp quanto no momento do check-in. A estrutura também nos surpreendeu positivamente — o hotel conta com estacionamento coberto para motos, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem.
O café da manhã é excelente, com grande variedade de comidas e bebidas.
Super recomendo a hospedagem no Tri Hotel Criciúma! 🏍️✨

Atendente completamente perdida no check in. No check out tentaram nos cobrar consumo no restaurante, sendo que nem sequer entramos no restaurante. No café da manhã anotaram um café a mais, sendo que estávamos apenas 01 casal. Porta do box não fechava, estando desalinhada e ao tomar banho molhava fora do box.

房間是真的大，床也夠大，佈局合理，衞生也不錯，歷史有點久遠，設施有一點老舊，其他都很好，和景點很近，有一個爬山的景點也很近，不賴不賴

Hotel oferece o que foi proposto, boa localização, cama para dormir e um café Ok. Não tem luxo, o valor pela localização é excelente. Os quartos não são tão confortáveis, mas dá p dormir!

酒店的年代比較老，有翻新。住宿環境中規中矩，本地人有不少選擇這個酒店入住。離步行街近，附近安全，可以逛街購物。酒店的早餐和午餐晚餐都不錯。

FFellipe LuisO hotel é muito bom, localização privilegiada. Funcionários bem receptivos. As acomodações estão super novas, piscinas muito bem cuidadas, saunas e spa’s a disposição do hóspede! E também bicicletas para o hóspede poder aproveitar a cidade

ゲゲストテレビの信号が正常に動作していなかったので、来てくれた技術者に電話して修理しましたが、すぐに信号が再び動作しなくなりました（結局あきらめました）、バーのサービスはフレンドリーではありませんでした。シャワーボックスはひどい音を立て、油はなく、部屋の換気はよくありませんでした。とにかく、それが私の考察でした。

NNiefaThe hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the strip. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

ゲゲストMy room was on the second floor of the building. It was noisy because apparently there is an event location beneath it and people laying at the pool had direct visability into my room.
I requested a king bed but got instead two single beds.
Breakfast was ok but highly frequented. So not exactly a calm place. Coffee was not my sense of taste and quality.
No questions had been asked during checkout about any feedback.

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

ゲゲストI had requested for 9 am check in and 9 pm check out because I had traveled by night bus to reach in the morning and again night bus to travel back. I had a business meeting. The young lady at the reception was not able to speak English but with the help of a translator she helped a lot. For some reason the coffee vending and cold drink vending machine was out of order on 11th Feb 2026. But the reception lady guided me to a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and the common bathroom and toilets were clean. Overall happy. I will come back again.

ゲゲストスタッフによる常に素晴らしいコミュニケーション、方向性、敷地内の安全な駐車場、価格に含まれているおいしい朝食。ビーチからそれほど遠くなく、イングルズのセントロまで歩いて少しですが、車を持っている場合やバス/タクシーで旅行したい場合は大丈夫です。
ベッドと同じ部屋にスパバスがあり、キッチンエリアが非常に小さく、ユニット全体が少しかび臭いにおいがし、壁が非常に薄いため、騒しい隣人がいれば何でも聞こえます。彼らが言う!オフシーズンには良かった。

ゲゲストI learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

ゲゲストThe hotel is in a very good location. I stayed there 3 different times and the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is pretty standard and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. I would stay there again, it is comfortable and convenient. Wish all room categories would have robes and slippers available.
