Zzhai_lili高温が続き、長白山に来て暑さから逃れ、雲水蘭庭ホテルに滞在します。チェックインしたとき、ドンマネージャーは私たちが70代の2人の高齢者であることを知っていて、私たちに最も心温まるサービスを提供してくれました。周囲の環境、注意事項、夜のアクティビティの場所を伝え、地元の季節のフルーツブルーベリーを送ってください。くつろぎ、子供たちの膝の暖かさ。観光シーズン中はホテルのゲストがいっぱいで、衛生的な食事はまだ整っています。長白山に数日間来て、最高の宿泊施設を体験してください。董マネージャー、優秀な管理者、優秀なサービスマンのチームを連れ出します。

ゲゲストWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

ゲゲストThe hotel has a good location and the staff deliver good service. Sadly, the air conditioning was out of order across the entire building, and we were not informed about this in advance. Even with the AC turned on, the room temperature stayed at 30 degrees. A solution was offered eventually, yet we were far from satisfied with it. We hope the hotel can come up with a better solution in the future.

ゲゲストフロントのスタッフ、温泉プールのスタッフ、レストランのスタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました！2歳の子供を連れてチェックインしましたが、どのスタッフもとても熱心で、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。フロントのスタッフは、手続き全体を通してWeChatサービスを使用しており、車が到着する前にドアの前で待っていてくれました。出発時には、ドア前の道路が修理中だったため、最寄りのバス停まで車で送ってくれました。温泉エリアでおじさん、おばさんはとても丁寧で親切でした。露天風呂の温泉では、特に浮遊する木の毛を掃除してくれたり、温泉水の温度が高くなりすぎないように事前に入れてくれたり、沸かしたてのお湯を提供してくれたりと、親切に対応してくれました。レストランのサービスもとても良かったです。唯一の欠点は部屋が狭すぎることです。部屋がもっと広くて、宿泊料金が値上げになっても許容できるといいのですが、そうでなければ子供連れで行くのは本当に大変ですし、ロフトは小さな子供には適していません。部屋の大きさは欠点かもしれませんが、その他はすべて非常に満足です！

LLuobinI'm a british traveller with a Chinese wife. I'm mostly located in China and I speak the language.
Hunchun is near to Russia and most of the guests were Russian.
Some of the staff can speak a few words of Russian but not much. And no English!
The Hotel itself is modern, clean and very technically equipped.
The toilet seat is heated, and it flushes itself. The shower took a bit of working out, but once I had mastered it, it was possibly the best shower I'd had in years.
The shower is partitioned from the rest of the toilet, which isn't always the case in China.
There's an AI person who greets you in Chinese when you enter, but we couldn't work out what the purpose of this was. It didn't understand English and my wife couldn't get a lot of sense out of it in Chinese.
But everything else worked, including the curtains which opened and closed remotely.
The TV was large and of an excellent quality. The bed was firm, but not hard like some Chinese beds can be, and we slept very comfortably.
The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. My wife and I are diabetic, so we avoid sweet things.
Although there was plenty of meat, vegetables and eggs to keep us going for the day, there was only sweetened coffee, sweetened milk tea and I think sweetened soy milk, in the drinks machine.
We managed to get plain hot water out of the machine, but there was only paper cups provided, which was a disappointment considering the price we'd paid and the excellent standard of everything else.
I would suggest a coffee machine and milk available at breakfast, and maybe a hot water urn and some tea bags.
And some proper cups!
I think a place of such good quality deserves a bit more of a variety of food. It was OK, but not great. Disappointing.
For people on a low budget (like we were) one should bear in mind that the location isn't very central and it's a bus ride and a 25 minute walk, from the high speed rail station.
Taxis are not very expensive but we don't have much money so we got local buses which are not very frequent.
So I consider the location to be the most disappointing aspect of this hotel.
Everything else was either fine, or excellent.
We would definitely consider going there again in the future.
It was also the only hotel that has allowed us the late checkout which I've been promised by Trip.com.

GGMlingThis is the nicest area to stay in Changbaishan, its got eateries, lovely quaint handicraft shops, cafes, its IG friendly. The hotel room was very comfortable, loved the 24hrs laundry facilities and breakfast was scrumptious. Front desk staffs are very helpful, they help me with ticket bookings for west slope hike and arranged a personal driver for the day. Highly recommended.

翌日、予定通り7:00にホテルの朝食レストランに行き、外に出ると運転手はすでにロビーで待っていて、二島白河鎮の通りをビジターセンターまで連れて行ってくれました。韓国投資農心鉱水工場に寄り道し、体力がなかったので貸衣所で防寒着を借り、ビジターセンターに到着したが、運賃10元の請求が間に合わなかった。戻ってきたら、20 分前にビジター センターの降車地点まで迎えに行くように言われました。連絡してください。ビジターセンターに戻り、帰りの運転手さんへの連絡が少し遅れてしまい、約束の場所で5分ほど待ってバスに乗った後、運転手さんに良い場所を探すのを手伝ってもらいました。麺屋に行き、運転手を一緒に昼食に誘ったところ、運転手はすでに昼食を済ませており、車の中で私たちを待っていました、昼食を終えた後、運転手は私たちを高速鉄道の駅まで連れて行ってくれて、合計金額を請求してくれました。ビジターセンターまでは30元＋朝料金10元。その後、待ち時間を長白山高速鉄道駅前の公園で遊んで時間を潰し、チェックインと電車の乗車を待つ間待合室で休憩しました。長白山旅行無事終了！
