Me and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted. Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby. The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed. They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip. It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids. Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better. The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel. Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers. I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

We stayed at the hotel from 2 to 4 October 2026 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The hotel has many good qualities, but unfortunately I cannot say that I would recommend it at this point. The positives: the staff were wonderful — polite, friendly and genuinely pleasant at reception, in the restaurants and at the bars. For our daughter’s birthday, cakes and sparkling wine were kindly placed in our fridge. The hotel has beautiful views, lovely green grounds, spacious rooms with kitchenettes, comfortable mattresses and excellent bed linen. There is also a shuttle to the beach, daytime activities, evening entertainment and a good variety of food. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were disappointing. The sink in our room was leaking, so water collected on the floor after use. On Saturday morning I wiped it up with the bath mat and left it on the floor. When we returned after breakfast, the same wet and dirty mat had simply been hung over the glass shower partition instead of being replaced. Towels left on the floor should be changed. The towels also did not smell fresh, which made me question their cleanliness, although the bed linen was spotless. I also found dirt between the sink and the bathtub, together with a spider’s nest and a large spider. We are not afraid of spiders, but this is not something you expect in a 4-star hotel costing more than €300 per night. Another unpleasant issue was the tableware in the main restaurant. Many plates had white residue and streaks and looked very dirty. I mentioned this to the staff, but the same problem remained at breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday. This was our second stay at a hotel from this chain, and unfortunately also the second time we experienced problems with room condition or cleanliness. Please pay more attention to housekeeping standards, staff training and room maintenance. These issues seriously affect the overall impression of an otherwise very pleasant hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – An Amazing Stay at Oasis Sunrise We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the strip which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

Very good value of money. Nice bigroom. Pillows uncomfortable Kitchenette needs more equipment. It's very difficult even to prepare a breakfast. Overall it's a very good option for a low budget.

Positives are location and staff. It then goes down hill dramatically. This property has a ”down” on 3rd party bookings such as Trip. The hotel, as shown in all brochures and publicity, is lovely. However, as a 3rd party booking, you are allocated to the original, nearly 40 year blocks at the rear - NO REFERENCE OR MENTION OF THESE ON THEIR WEBSITE!! They are definitely inferior, which explains the large amount of complaints on a daily basis, by many other people. The answer is always, ”the hotel is full” so try another day to move. So my advice is to avoid the property and spend a little more on quality of property. It's a classic, make your booking based on lovely pictures of rooms you will NEVER see. That's called deception and verging on fraud by all parties. After 18 hours of 'fighting the hotel directly' and using Trip customer services, did my allocated room become livable. However, more problems occurred with a non working kettle and then leaking shower. My advice is simple, steer clear of this establishment. Although the manager we dealt with ”fixed” our issues, never once was an apology. This speaks volumes!! I strongly believe there are loads of fake reviews(on TripAdvisor) with 5 star reviews and a couple of lines of rubbish, such as the food was big portions, same day posting from 5 ”different” reviewers!! Finally the breakfast buffet was cold every day and also ran out of butter portions. Parking is on a side street, 1st come, 1st served basis. We're glad to be home. Cyprus lovely, Ayia Napa lovely, Anthea is rubbish.

Excellent location, breakfast very good. Spa area nice too. Only snag is that we requested ice to our room , they told us that they would to chargeable.

In general it was an OK stay. Beach is OK, water was chilly and the area gets windy. We could only swim in the afternoon as the water got warmed up a bit more (early June). Only thing that bothered us was that we were denied entry to an event (concert) which was announced as free for all hotel guests. They said, we aren't allowed at the concert because we have booked the hotel via Trip.com. This wasn't communicated before. It is sad to see that such a mindset exists in 2026. They should clearly indicate what's not included on which platform, if they wish to differentiatie their offering per booking platform. For the record, we had booked all inclusive stay. Their official hotel website advertised free attendance for all hotel guests. Yet, receptionist denied us on the basis of having booked via Trip.com Most probably I wouldn't return, as I had stayed at much better properties at much more competitive prices. If you like to stay next to a casino, that could be interesting for you.

We arrived at the hotel early, well before the check-in time. We asked if we could check in earlier than the scheduled time and the sullen clerk answered us sternly that it was impossible. We asked for towels for the pool in the meantime, and again we were told no. Some time later, another, nicer clerk arrived and explained that she would do everything she could to get us a room as soon as possible, and we did get the room early. The same sullen clerk continued to make a face every time we passed by the reception. The room we got was a room by the pool, overall a nice room, a bit small and mostly dark. On the plus side, we would like to note the cleanliness of the pool and the room. We asked for extra towels and got them. The food is not bad, quite varied. We really liked the restaurant attached to the hotel, the food, the atmosphere and the service. There is parking at the hotel and we used it. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the beach and the walking path along the beach. The hotel is close to the shopping street and restaurants.

Recently spent 3 days at the Tsokkos beach hotel on a All inclusive Room was cleaned every day and comfortable bed. Pool was lovely and big but can imagine it being very crowded in height of summer. Food was excellent we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the food tasty and plenty of choice. Local drinks beer/ spirits were also good as were the soft drinks. Entertainment around pool was aqua aerobics which lasted approximately half a hour, the music if you can call it that was painful to listen to the volume was turned right up which there was no need for it to be. It was head banging rave type stuff it truly was dreadful, I felt like it was an endurance test to get through it. Please when doing these activities cater to your audience as it changes throughout the year and have respect for the guests who do not want to join in who came away to relax. Some staff really nice others couldn’t even smile especially the 2 ladies on omelette making.
