All was good but when I check out at last. I forget one item in the room. When I went to the room to take that item. Housekeeping was already there but she removed the package/she tore it.
Housekeeping are doesn't allowed to remove the package until 1 day of the customer didn't came.
Everything was good . Only this one was not accepted . Next time please don't follow this . Not with others.

I recently stayed at the NYX Hotel Limassol and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was a very stylish and modern design, and the atmosphere felt both vibrant and welcoming. My room was small but comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.
The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, right by the seafront, making it easy to enjoy both the beach and the city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from.
However, I'm rating them 4 instead of 5 stars is that I can hear so much noise. They should have made the room with better soundproofing. Overall, I’d recommend the NYX Hotel Limassol to anyone visiting the area, and I’d be happy to stay again.

המלון נמצא בטיילת בלימסול אם כי לא ממש קרוב לאזור המרינה שבסמוך לה נמצאים כל מרכזי הפעילות בערב.יחד עם זאת יש קו אוטובוס נוח מס'30 שנוסע לאורך כל הטיילת וקל להגיע איתו למרינה ומגיע עד לתחנה הסופית לקניון באזור הנמל קצת מחוץ לעיר.חזרה באותו מסלול.אין מציאות בקניון הזה ובכלל בקפריסין.
המלון ממוקם ממש על קו המים, יש בריכה למבוגרים, בריכה לילדים ובריכה לפעוטים ובריכה מקורה שהמים בה קרים מידי ועוד יש מזגן. בכניסה לים יש אבנים קטנות וגדולות ומי שאינו רגיל, זה כואב ואפשר להיפצע. לכן מומלץ נעלי גומי או להיכנס למים על גבי המזח מפלסטיק שמגיע לעמוקים. ההגעה למלון מלרנקה אפשרית במונית שעולה כ 50 יורו. הדרך הכי חסכונית היא לקחת את האוטובוס שאטל שעולה 10 יורו לאדם, פחות לילד. כרטיס קונים באשנב ליד היציאה מהטרמינל בצד שמאל. יורדים בתחנה הראשונה שלו בלימסול שנקראת סנט. רפאל ומשם בדיוק לוקחים קו אוטובוס 30 עם נסיעה של כ 10 תחנות לפחות. עולה 1.5 יורו, משלמים לנהג.יורדים מול הכניסה למסעדה שנקראת ”הגן”באנגלית、לבקש מהנהג.ממשיכים ללכת ברגל כ 40 מטר ופונים שמאלה בסמטה המובילה עד למלון、יש שילוט. המלון נראה נחמד בעיקר בשטחים הציבוריים、לובי. החדרים פחות、ריהוט פשוט ומאופק、לא משהו מפואר. הכספת לא היתה ניתנת לפתיחה、אולי בתשלום. יש קומקום עם קפה. מקרר קטן. חיבור מחשב לאינטרנט קווי、בתשלום. ארוחת הבוקר בסדר、בלי שינויים. יש מה שצריך לתפריט הישראלי、היו חסרות לי גבינות יווניות לבנות וסוגי מאפים. המלון מתאים למבוגרים、זוגות וכאלה שרוצים שקט כי אין הרבה מה לעשות בו ובאזור、מלבד מנוחה ושחייה בים או בבריכה. המלון עם ארוחת בוקר ואפשר בתשלום גם צהריים ב 23 יורו וערב ב 28 יורו、לא כולל שתיה. מים בחינם. חזרה לשדה בלרנקה אפשר באותה דרך、קו 30 עד סנט. רפאל ומשם השאטל לשדה התעופה. בדיוטי פרי שם אין מציאות、עולה כמו בחוץ וכמו בארץ.

Booked room (and bathroom) was newly refurbished. Nice balcony with view.
Reception und guest service still very good.
The pool area and the beach bar/restaurant would need an update.
Love the proximity to hotel Amara

Очень хороший отель 4*, мне очень понравился. От аэропорта ехать около часа, от моря прилично, минут 25-30 пешком. Можно доехать до набережной на такси при желании. Расположен в относительно тихом месте, что располагает к релаксу. Я очень люблю небольшие отели, он как раз такой, очень уютный. В номерах есть все необходимое, все работало, было чисто.
Завтраки на 5!Есть и свежие фрукты, сыры разные, выжатые соки, очень вкусный кофе.

KKaren BeverleySuperior room overlooking swimming pool was very spacious with comfortable beds. We spoke to a lot of guests who have been going to the hylatio for many years although I’m not sure what the attraction is.
Whilst we were there we had many Romanian students doing drama or something, they were loud and quite ill mannered and disturbed the majority of the age 60+ guests.
I stayed at the hylatio many times in the early 2000s but much has changed since then, expanding the premises but I prefer the old intimate self catering hylatio to what it is now. We saw the same owner but he was less friendlier this time as I remembered back then. However, the staff from Nepal are very friendly and hard working.
We were AI but found the drinks very inferior to other local spirits we have at other hotels in Cyprus (we are ex pats living in Paphos) but the local wine was good
Breakfast offered continental cheese, ham, cereals, porridge and hot English breakfast items. The quality of the sausages were poor and the baked beans tasteless but the bacon and egg were good. I agree with another reviewer that a second coffee machine is needed as you could stand in a queue for quite a while.
For lunch/dinner although the food was plentiful there was little choice ie on two nights we had spicy chilli chicken and hot chicken curry. There was an alternative but if you cant eat spicy foods you are very limited on choice ie chicken nuggets/fish fingers of low quality. There is offered only one type of salad to choose from. For dessert only one choice of cake but you are able to help yourself to ice cream.
It was adequate for our short 3 day stay but would not consider staying for longer due to the poor quality drinks and food on offer and very little to do other than lie on a sun bed that most were damaged or stained or swim in the large pool

Breakfast was very nice cooked eggs with ham cheese and tomato as well as toast cereal and tea and coffee. Very nice views from the balconyVery pleasant stay. thank you

ゲゲストHad a great week at this hotel. Staff very helpful and polite. Nice ambience throughout. Good outdoor space for adults and children. Nice pool, though not quite for lanes, but still had fun playing water volley with a group I met at the hotel. Good location about 15 minutes walk from the old port marina. On the bus route through Limmasol.
Located 3 minutes walk across the road from the beach.. Very clean beach and lovely promenade for swimming, walking, and sea activities.
Had a couple of sessions at the spa - very professional and attentive masseuse, and compettive treatment packages.
Didn't use the gym or sauna.

SSaskiaホテルはとてもきれいでとても中心部でしたが、眠るのに静かでした。リマソルに来ると、間違いなくまたそこに滞在します!ベッドはとても快適で、部屋は居心地が良かったです。
私たちが気に入らなかった唯一のことは、大人専用のホテルであるため、予約しました。しかし、ホテルに滞在しない人はブランチに来て子供たちを連れてくることができるので、実際には大人だけではありません。朝食をとっている間に、3人の子供が飛び跳ねて走り回って叫びました。両親はブランチを楽しんでいて、まったく気にしませんでした。両親からはかなり失礼だと思います(子供をコントロールできない場合は非常に利己的ですが、他のゲストを気にしません)、ホテルは少なくとも何かを言うことができました。あなたが広告で大人専用のホテルですが、朝食中に子供たちが飛び回っている場合、これは言及することができます。私たちはレセプションにそれについて知らせます。

ゲゲストWe took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children.
One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate.
We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel.
The bed we got was basically two separate beds.
The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice.
The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.
