イギリスバークシャーで、駐車場のあるホテル

設備：新しく、美しく、便利です。 清潔さ：とても清潔です。 サービス：素晴らしいです。チェックアウトカードは不要で、そのまま出発できます。とても便利です。無料の朝食も提供しています。空港もとても近く、タクシーで約10分です。とても便利です。

The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable. The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.

I enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !

最初に対応してくれた受付係はとても親切だったのですが、その後、チェックインの際に同僚に頼まなければならず、その対応も非常に失礼でした。エグゼクティブルームを予約していたにもかかわらず、直接予約していないためエグゼクティブラウンジは利用できないと言われました。全くの嘘っぱちです。部屋に戻り、ヒルトンカスタマーケアにすぐに電話したところ、エグゼクティブラウンジを利用できることを確認してくれたので、受付に戻りました。 ホテルはとても快適で、部屋は広く、ベッドも快適で、バスルームにはシャワーとバスタブがありました。エグゼクティブルームでも水が無料ではなかったので少しショックでした（1本2.50ポンド）。 エグゼクティブラウンジは良かったのですが、数年前に宿泊した時と比べてサービスが大幅に削減されていました。冷蔵庫はほとんど一日中空っぽで、スナックも補充されていませんでした。汚れたカップが至る所に散乱していました。夕方のスナックは良かったのですが、以前に比べると量が減っていました。ただ、スピリッツとプロセッコは良いサービスでした。 エグゼクティブルームの宿泊客はレストランで朝食を楽しめます。種類も豊富で、ほとんどがビュッフェですが、*料理やオムレツは注文を受けてから調理してくれます。コーヒーも美味しいです。 スタッフは全体的にとてもフレンドリーで親切です（初日の受付係を除いて）。3泊しましたが、とても満足しました。 ターミナル5からホテルまではシャトルバスがあり、料金は1人6.80ポンドです。ホテル前の道路に停車する5番バスにも1.50ポンドで乗ることができます。2泊以上滞在する場合は、ウィンザー、レゴランド、スラウ、ハウンズロー（ロンドン中心部への地下鉄利用）行きのバスがあります。

ホテルはかなり良く、ウィンザーに非常に近いですが、通りは有色人種でいっぱいです。路地は汚くて乱雑です。ネットで調べるとイギリスで最も犯罪率が高い都市を知り衝撃的でした。

We always stay here, but on this occasion I wasn’t very happy as the bedsheets/pillow case smelt damp. And the door hinge was loose which made it feel unsafe. Room was swapped in the ended so I’m happy about that.

Have stayed here before, convenient for LHR which is only 15 minutes away, room although very comfortable was a little dated in the bathroom, whoever put the sealant around the bath/shower did not do a great job as it was a bit tacky, this is not a criticism more an observation. One annoying factor which seems to be creeping in amongst hotels is the additional charge for parking, the room rate was very reasonable hence why I selected it, however I admit I missed the info on parking charges which added another £10 overall to the cost. it's a bit like airports charging you to drop off their customers.

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

The lodge is a great location if you are going to the racecourse. We arrived at around 1:30 as the first race was at 2:30 and was told that if we wanted to check in early we would have to pay a fee of £20. When the races often start at around 2-2:30 this seemed unreasonable. I had to come out of he racecourse between races to check In. I’ve stayed at the Lingfield racecourse hotel and they checked us in 12:30 as our room was ready. Went for breakfast at around 7:50 and there was no menus out, the staff seemed totally disorganised. There was no instructions on how to order food. The continental “help yourself” was ok but had very little fruit options. They did have alpro soya and oat milk as milk alternatives. The room was clean and tidy but very basic. It did have a free standing fan which was good in the warm weather. The bad was big and comfortable. The shower was nice and had shower gel. The customer service let it down a little.
