スタッフは素晴らしく、とてもフレンドリーで、滞在が楽しいことを保証します。ホテルの客室は更新が必要です。部屋は4 *の非常に基本的なものであり、部屋にも金庫がないため、再びホテルに滞在することにしません。 レストランエリアはいいです。バーエリアは、プロパティと一致する野火で行うことができ、バーの場所が非常にクールになる可能性があります。 ロッカーは使いにくいと感じました。使用しようとする時は指示がなく、受付エリアだけです。誰かに見せてもらってもらいましたが、忙しすぎて、他のお客さんに助けてもらいました。 元旦のレイトチェックアウトには譲歩はありませんでした。ただし、リクエストに応じて許可されました。朝食も予約する必要があります。したがって、元旦には、朝食に行くために午前9時に起きなければなりませんでしたが、これは理想的ではありませんでした。 予約時にオンラインで旅行の支払いをしました。しかし、チェックアウトに来たとき、再び全額請求され、すでに支払ったログがないことが通知されましたが、到着してチェックインすると、支払ったことが確認されました。支払ったメールが表示されているのは良い仕事でした。ホテルによるさらなる調査で、支払ったことがわかりました。 NYEのセットメニューのオプションがあるとどこかで読んだと思っていましたが、アラカルトはまだオプションでしたが、そうではありませんでした。食べ物は大丈夫でした。 バーとレストランのスタッフのフレンドリーさにより、滞在はより良くなりました。

Room was tidy and relatively clean, although skirting boards could do with some attention in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and probably had the best nights sleep in quite a while. Breakfast was extremely good especially the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Evening meal was taken at Cooks restaurant but was a bit hit and miss to be honest, we had two evening meals and one lunchtime meal. My husband tried to watch the football in the bar back inside the hotel but the bartender didn’t seem to know how the tv worked. She said she would go and get help but nothing came and then we saw her finish her shift so ended up not watching it. This also meant that no one attending the bar. Gave up and went to bed.

A truly outstanding experience! The reception team was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Every question was answered with genuine care, and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their outstanding hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again. Five stars!

It was our first stay in Castlecary. The location is lovely. The reception was professional, plenty of parking available. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The only thing we noticed was the floor boards were quite noisy as you walk on them. We did not have food but restaurant was available which was open until 8pm. They sever breakfast for £12/person. Overall, a nice, comfortable place for a stay.

We had a great time at this Premier Inn. The receptionist was excellent. We had a problem with our luggage, and he helped solve it without hesitation.

The room was spotless, staff were brilliant, could not say a bad word about anything. Will definitely stay again.

This small apartment is clean and well maintained. Location is very near supermarket and eateries. Quiet area for short stay.
