Stayed for one night. The staff was the highlight, extremely helpful and kind. The only criticism I have that might need work is the location. It is near a busy road and hence very noisy. This could have been solved by closing the window but it was extremely hot weather and we could not close it. We asked for a table fan but unfortunately they did not have one. Other than that all good. 👍

I definitely wish I could have stayed longer — this was the best accommodation I’ve had in years. It was easy to access, with convenient parking, but most of all, it felt genuinely welcoming and had a special charm. I really appreciated all the small details, like the (marvelous!) cookies and the milk. It’s definitely worth planning another visit.

Modern, stylish and clean accommodation.  Centrally situated with parking a few minutes walk away. Clear and simple instructions for entry and hosts were very responsive.  We stayed in a top floor room, several flights of stairs up, which wouldn’t suit everyone but I’d readily stay again on our next visit to Merthyr.  Well done 👍🏻

Quaint house. Clean spaces. Every morning, the ladies fusses over what they can get you for breakfast. Feels like being at a grandmother's house.

Convenient to e bike park. Friendly and helpful reception.
