Positives: The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout and there is a lovely outside seating area which accommodates both smokers and non smokers in separate areas. The gardens and hanging baskets are beautifully kept and enhance the environment around the pub and seating areas. A really pleasant place to enjoy an outside drink.  Breakfast at the hotel is amazing! Quality produce and huge portions. You certainly won’t go hungry here.  Our room looked recently refurbished and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Lovely bathroom and luxury shower with miniature toiletries provided.  Staff are very friendly and helpful and offered suggestions for places to visit locally.  Negatives:  Room was very small (standard double) with very little room to move around. The window was small and low to the ground making the room very dark. Could not leave the window open at night due to the noise of kitchen equipment/refrigeration units which was very loud so room got very warm in this recent hot weather.  Only one coat hanger provided on the hanging rail, could really do with a few more!  Although we had 2 large bath towels each (for a 3 night stay) there were no hand towels provided.  I was surprised to find that there was no cleaning of the room during our stay.  Bins were not emptied, bathroom not wiped over, towels not refreshed and tea/coffee /biscuits not re stocked.  Although we enjoyed our stay, in my opinion the room was overpriced  Our stay was Sun-Wed (3 nights) it was disappointing that the restaurant & bar closed at 5pm on Sunday with last orders for food at 3pm.  The restaurant was closed on Monday with the bar only open from 3pm to 8pm. Restaurant and bar was open on Tuesday evening. 

残念ながら、部屋の明かりはすべて壊れていましたか?目が覚めたが、明かりが機能していなかった。キーカードをチェックしましたが、それでも機能しません。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、朝食は大丈夫でした。 部屋はかなりきれいでしたが、スカートボードは汚れていました。 シャワーの周りのシリコンの仕事はゴリラの足を使っているようです。 彼らはキャビネットにやかんを隠しましたが、欠けているヨークシャー茶は何ですか(誰もがこれが適切な醸造であることを知っている)... ベッドは私のような太った男にとって十分に大きかった...夜の圧力は素晴らしくて強かったが、チェックインしたときは真夜中だった。暖房はターゲット22に達しなかったので、目が覚めた。寒くてカバーの下に着かなければなりませんでした。 甘い硬化ベーコンは私にとって新しい経験でした。私の好みの選択ではありませんが、まともなスラブでした。 コーヒーは機械から十分においしかった。 18/04の朝のレストランの女の子はフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルでした。 朝食は部屋の価格に含まれているテナーのようなもので、間違いなく価値があります。 15.95でもまともな価格です。 朝の明かりが効かなかったという事実は、間違いなくがっかりしました。

We had the best experience staying at the property. Very clean and tidy. They even upgraded our rooms. Amazing receptionist, she gave us some recommendations for exploring. Well maintained swimming pool and sauna. Overall we had a good stay and will definitely visit again!

3 adults, stayed 2 nights in October. Room was great, clean, spacious and warm. Very comfy bed,, lovely shower. Sofa bed was already made up which was great as we arrived late after a very long drive. Only criticism was there were only 2 glasses and 2 cups in the room so had to go to reception for more which was down a long flight of stairs, no lift. Breakfast was ok, but confused by the price, advertised as £9.95 on the website but were charged £12 as told website hadn't been updated yet. Overall a perfect place for a few nights stay as price was the best around and very good location. Also reception area/bar is very well furnished and comfortable. Would stay again

Lovesgrove is a lovely place to stay. My partner and I were welcomed to friendly and happy owners who made our stay very comfortable. We came for one night for a wedding, we were able to check in a little earlier than planned and they were very accommodating. We were shown to our room - massive and spacious room with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was served with great customer service and we couldn’t fault the food as it was just right for what we needed to start our day. Debbie, David and David’s daughter (apologies I forgot your name) thank you for your fantastic service and we look forward to staying with you again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff both at the reception and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable, and room had a kettle, iron with ironing board and extra bedding. The bathroom was very clean and had bathtub with the shower. The bathtub hot water worked properly but the shower stayed luckwarm. There are few options for breakfast but they do carter to vegans and the breakfast comes out very fast. The ladies serving breakfast are lovely and very helpful. Overall we were delightfully surprised and would definitely pick this hotel again.

Great location.  Food at breakfast and evening was pretty good.  Location perfect.  However rooms are very small and some TLC needed.  OK for price at this time of year.

Pub sencillo con habitaciones también sencillas y amplio aparcamiento; además, incluye desayuno galés tradicional (lo sirven a partir de las 8:30, algo a tener en cuenta para hacer planes). El principal problema que le vimos fue el ruido: no sabemos por qué, quizá por ser viernes por la noche, ni tampoco sabemos si fue en la calle o en el pub, pero hubo jaleo hasta las 11 o las 12 de la noche y así es difícil conciliar en sueño.

Exceptional services, friendly stuff and delicious food! We stayed one night after being married, the stuff upgraded our room to separate bungalow with a glass conservatory. There were also a lot of complimentary drinks. Very tidy and cosy. Really pleasantly impressed. Couldn’t wish more to that special day. Highly recommend!
