Hotel was just ok. Could be improved by upgrading the carpets. As they were a trip hazard!beside the lifts. The room we were in for one night was in desperate need of upgrading as had rust stains all over the bath. The room laps were all dusty so not as it says that you are committed to high levels of cleanliness. There were two moths in our room that’s probably why there were bald patches on the carpet. I feel we have a right to get a refund for all these problems we had.
I stayed there for 5 days, overall a pleasant experience though I can see a few points of improvement, seen the brand Marriott.
Small IT issues with the key, which continued to demagnetise despite my maximum care. I had to return to reception at least 5 times.
The part which should improve more is the service at the restaurant, waiters look young and junior, though definitely patient and motivated. They should possibly pay more attention to all customers especially during busy periods, when it was almost impossible to have eye contact with them.

Best travel experience I've ever had. The staff were polite and friendly, great service. The food and drinks were wonderful, everything was very clean.
The city is fantastic.
The suite was nice and spacious. Big unsightly stain on the couch though. Shower was great. Bed comfy. The spa and outdoor jacuzzi was good. The cocktails were expertly made. Would definitely stay again.

ゲゲストStayed one night in room number one. There was a loud humming noise coming from outside the bedroom window. I spoke to the hotel about this and was told the appliance would turn off at 9pm. We came back from the gig around 11.30pm and it was still running. It continued to turn on and off throughout the night. If we had been staying longer i would have complained and moved rooms. There are other reviews on here about noise issues in this hotel.
