The receptionists were lovely, very friendly & helpful. The room was a good size & the bed was really comfortable. There was only one bath & hand towel but an extra set was brought up straight away. The only negatives for me was the window was a solid pane so didn't open but the air con wasn't cool enough, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The front desk man is very polite and gentle. Let me feel very comfortable when we are checking in. And he is very clear to tell us about the hotel everything. I will come again this hotel because the hotel location is very convenient and very kind of the service.

This is the second time I have stayed in the Leopold. It is a basic hotel, but delivers high-quality rooms, a good breakfast, and a perfect location for exploring Sheffield. The building is curious, as it is a converted school. It also opens directly (at the back) on to a pedestrian plaza with multiple bars and restaurants.

Really good clean and suitable for any trip, only thing I had that was an issue was no taxis were available for two hours nearby…had to get a friend

Unfortunately I was not made aware of the rewards scheme the hotel has until the cleaners told me I'd already booked 8 nights by then... The 1st room offered, well the tv didn't work so we had to move, no help with bags unfortunately....next room was fine no hairdryer so 1 was sent up from reception The beds & pillows are so comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic the staff were lovely from front of house to the cleaners. Thankyou for a lovely welcoming stay.

ホテルは素晴らしいロケーションにあります。しかし、サービスは平均的です。部屋は十分な広さですが、少し古くて汚いです。カーペットは少し古く、排水システムは臭いです。プールは小さすぎます。 ヘアドライヤーは使用可能ですが、熱風は出ません。

I check the reviews before deciding to stay here. It’s a budget hotel, but parking is easy ( additional cost)  and there’s an EV charger available, which was very convenient. It’s only a 10 mins walk to the cinema and there’s are plenty restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Stayed overnight for a conference. Room clean, bathroom sparkling, breakfast was really good and overall very pleased. Easy check in and check out and taxi driver found it no problem at all.
