ゲゲストThere was load music from outside somewhere untill the early hours . Wine bar or somewhere.
Toilet took about 30 mins to refill.
Shower was too hot and took an age to cool down
£7.50 for parking
When I mentioned the above I was told we only booked a standard room and they were at the back.
That’s fair enough but don’t want to feel like you are park of a rave. And future guest should be told.
A real shame because this hotel could be a real great hotel with a bit of management training

Ssalaudin lunatA 4* Holiday Inn Hotel in Shepperton (Surrey).Prime location for staying at this hotel is Legoland. You would require a vehicle to this hotel. It has lots of open space outside to spend your time with family and friends. Excellent clean rooms, buffet breakfast, (7am -1100 am) and Leisure Facilities (0700 am -2000 am) jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool, steam room. There is a Swan Sanctuary near the hotel. You need to pay for parking but, if you are a IHG Member ask them to waiver the parking at the Front Desk. We loved staying at this hotel.

私たちはとても親切でフレンドリーなスタッフが、私たちの滞在を完璧にするために、部屋の冷蔵庫ファンの冷水と天気が暑いものにしました。私たちの部屋のメニューから注文した食べ物は素晴らしく、友達はバーエリアで食事をし、これもとても良かったです。私はお勧めし、間違いなく再びここに滞在します。

ゲゲストLovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

4つの異なるレストランから選択できます。朝食が含まれています。比較的高価ですが(スターター3つ、メイン2つ、サイド2つ、デザート2つ、水1本は200ポンドでした)、このような場所にも期待されています。サービスは素晴らしかった。
ホテルの部屋を夜に予約するには、trip.comを含むオンラインプラットフォームを予約しても、スパの使用が含まれます。スパは素晴らしい経験でしたが、専用のスパではなく、スパ施設を備えたヘルスクラブのように感じました。サウナ 1 つ、スチーム ルーム 1 つ、ジャグジー 1 つ(ボタン 1 つのみ機能)、屋内スイミング プール 1 つ、屋外温水プール 1 つ、子供用プール。屋外プールの葉を掃除したような気がしました。マッサージやその他のトリートメントに多くの選択肢があります。ジムは素晴らしくモダンでした。タオル、スリッパ、ローブが提供されました。

PPenguinLadyThe hotel is a little dated and worn, so I had some trepidation when I first arrived. However, my room was very clean and comfortable. All the usual amenities. Breakfast was available but I didn’t take it. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very close together And the doors are quite loud. I was fortunate in that I did not have noisy neighbours but I would imagine if you had people coming and going a lot it would be very irritating.

ゲゲストWonderful hotel. We were here for a wedding. Beautiful grounds , lovely staff . Food was very good . Rooms had everything you need, although a little hot but they can’t help the heatwave. Nice spa area . Shame they don’t have treatment rooms as we would have booked treatments. Would highly reccomend.

Parking easy with lots of space.
We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive.
Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it.
Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options.
The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient.
Overall a superb stay.

The staff here are the real stars of the show, though. They are so genuinely welcoming and attentive that you feel like a guest of honor rather than just another visitor. It’s rare to find a team that goes this far above and beyond to make sure every single detail of your stay is perfect.
On top of the top-tier service, the cleanliness of the entire manor is seriously impressive. Every room and common area is kept in pristine condition, and you can really tell the housekeeping team takes massive pride in keeping the place sparkling. Between the spotless interiors, the stunning grounds, and the warm atmosphere, everything about this stay is a total ten out of ten. You’ll honestly be planning your next trip before you’ve even checked out.

ゲゲストThis location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn
