Old hotel not renovated, but everything was good enough for one night.
Everything was perfectly clean, no odors and staff was really pleasent and professional.

The location was great, as it’s on the way from Preveza Airport to Nydri. The facilities were a bit old, but they were well maintained. We initially only had lukewarm water in the shower, but a staff member kindly fixed the issue.

匿匿名ユーザーОтличный отель по недорогой цене - качество сервисов и номеров. Есть завтраки. Море от отеля в 19 мин, где пляж с галькой и в 30 мин пляж с песком (лежак 5 евро), если идти пешком.
До города ходят автобус 7 примерно 15 мин до центра Керкиры каждые 20-30 мин. От остановки до отеля примерно 8 мин пешком. Персонал вежливый, в номере убирали и было чисто. У отеля есть бассейн, где можно полежать или поплавать.

Service that Saves the Day
Upon check-in, there was a complication with our booking due to an agency error. Although I had booked for two adults and two kids, the hotel had only received a reservation for two adults and initially requested an extra payment. However, as soon as the hotel staff reviewed our voucher and saw the discrepancy was the agency’s fault, they handled it with incredible grace. They told us to go enjoy our room and start our holiday immediately while they settled the dispute with the agency themselves. It was such a relief not to have to worry about the logistics!
The Facilities & Dining
• The Room: Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need.
• Dining: The buffet restaurant was fantastic with a great variety of food. While the hotel offers three tempting a la carte options (Greek, Italian, and Japanese), the buffet was so convenient and high-quality that we stuck with it for our two small children.
• Staff: Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, smiling, and remarkably kind to our kids.
If you are headed to Corfu, this should be your number one destination. We will definitely be recommending this gem to all our friends and family. We can't wait to come back!
UUin WilliamNice enough and convenient for the airport which is directly in front of the hotel. The port was about 10 minutes away to 15 min if there's traffic. Wasn't as close as I thought. The amenities were good however the nearby rooms were noisy and sound proofing Wasn't good enough. I called the reception a few times and even they could hear the noise from the reception. I didn't factor this into the review as it's kind of out of their control whether guests respect others however, in some instances a more stern approach is appropriate, like tell them to leave!
YYelyzaveta HryhorenkoOverall we had a great stay! The staff was super friendly and welcoming — thank you for that. The hotel is located higher up the hill than we expected, so keep in mind that if you don’t rent a car, you’ll need to walk quite a bit up and down to get to the beach. The property is clean and well maintained. Our room was smaller than we expected, but clean enough.
The bed and pillows were super comfortable, which was a big plus!
There’s a small issue with the toilet — the flush tank takes a really long time to refill and it’s quite noisy.
Also, there was no microwave, no salt/pepper/oil, and only one bread knife, so cooking was a bit limited. Just a very basic set of kitchenware.
Wi-Fi in the room was pretty much unusable. The only place we could get any signal was near the balcony — and even there it wasn’t good enough for a video call.
If you plan to work remotely like we did, either ask for a room with better connection or be prepared to work outside, where the internet was great.
They provide two 1.5L bottles of water at check-in, but after that you’ll need to buy your own. A bottle costs €3.
We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on the food or variety.
The pool was clean, which was nice!
ゲゲストHotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.
