GGiena79worth every penny for a short stay during vacation and walking distance to get food around.. also nice rooftop bars where you can chill and listen to live performance.

ゲゲストチェックインに時間がかかった。受付スタッフが待っている人を気にする様子もなく自分の仕事をしている。
シャワールームの排水が悪い。お湯は出るが若干温度が低く水圧も弱め。
プールラウンジのスタッフはフレンドリーで非常に感じが良かった。

匿匿名ユーザーWe had a great stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, from the security staff to the reception team and concierge, everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful.
When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The security staff were especially friendly, helping us with our luggage and opening the car door for us. It truly a five-star service.
The room was very comfortable, the bed, lighting, and overall ambience were excellent. What I loved most was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made it very comfortable and enjoyable.
In terms of location, it’s quite convenient, close to Gaia Mall and the airport.

HHermanThe best hotel in singkawang so far. Staffs are courteous and humble, feels very welcoming. Its facilities are, room cleanliness are great. Very comfortable and located right next door to the grand mall. Food and shopping are easily available.
