Veryy good and comfortable. Always love thus hotel every time going to Pontianak, Indonesia . Good service too

Overall it’s a great stay and worth the amount that i pay…even though it is not at central area but a walkable to Ayani Megamall and grab is easy. Staff are great, they do have restaurant inside the hotel and food are good too.

Thank you for the service, Grand Mahkota Pontianak is a legend of hotel..poeple in this city may know that

The best hotel in singkawang so far. Staffs are courteous and humble, feels very welcoming. Its facilities are, room cleanliness are great. Very comfortable and located right next door to the grand mall. Food and shopping are easily available.

loved our stay here! the bed and pillows are so comfortable we felt like extending our stay 😂 the service was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. the room was spacious. satisfied! would recommend staying here, and will for sure come again.
