The hotel is really good, impressed by its good infrastructures, great breakfast and good services. However, there were some points deducting aspects. The disgusting black stains at edge of the wash basin, the water stained tissues and the worst of the lot, the faeces chocked toilet bowls in male toilet of the dining area was a real turnoff.

+ ロケーションは最高です。市内中心部に近く、カフェ、レストラン、スーパーマーケット、飲食店などがたくさんあります。 + 部屋は広いです。 + 朝食は最高でした。気に入りました。 - 清潔さはあまり良くありません。清掃サービスはこの点にもっと気を配るべきです。 全体的に、このホテルに泊まって良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

チェックインに時間がかかった。受付スタッフが待っている人を気にする様子もなく自分の仕事をしている。 シャワールームの排水が悪い。お湯は出るが若干温度が低く水圧も弱め。 プールラウンジのスタッフはフレンドリーで非常に感じが良かった。

A good four stars hotel in a small city, enjoy the stay, has a good pool, the gym is rather limited in equipment.

When u specifically ask for a non smoking room and you were told at the reception that the price im paying is a smoking room. The tv should be sent to the museum as you cant see anything on the monitor.

賑やかなジャラン・ガジャ・マダ通りに位置し、近くに飲食店やスーパーマーケットがあるのは嬉しいポイントです。基本的に2.5つ星ですが、なぜでしょうか？部屋の家具が古く、きちんとした食事施設がないため、3つ星には値しません。コーヒーショップや通り沿いのレストランが近くにあるため、2つ星には落ちません。せいぜい2泊くらいなら我慢できるでしょう。

This is a nice hotel but unfortunately it is extremely noisy. There should be signs to say that there are quiet hours. So many other guests were making noise in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. The WiFi is good and the restaurant is handy.

The best hotel in singkawang so far. Staffs are courteous and humble, feels very welcoming. Its facilities are, room cleanliness are great. Very comfortable and located right next door to the grand mall. Food and shopping are easily available.
