すべてが良好で、言うことはありません。スタッフは申し分のない、素晴らしい顧客サービスです。管理と顧客サービスの質には非常に驚いています。受付にいる姉妹や兄弟はとても気配りがあり、礼儀正しく、常に笑顔で、あなたの苦情にいつでも対応します。必要なのは、Whaspp グループに簡単なメッセージを送信するだけで、数秒で必要なものが得られます。無料のコーヒー、スイスチョコレート、朝食、一言で言えば…言うことはありません。皆さんのおかげです。私はシャアッラーに戻ります。

すべてが素晴らしかったです。清潔で、スタッフも朝食も完璧で、空港と中心部にも近いです。ただ、一つだけ気になる点があります。小さな部屋はベッドなど全てとても清潔でしたが、匂いがあまり良くなく、タオルも古びていました（とても清潔でしたが、かなり古かったです）。朝食は5日間同じビュッフェでした。新鮮でとても美味しかったのですが、特にメインメニューは変更した方が良いと思います。 皆様、本当にありがとうございました。素晴らしい滞在でした。

I hope it's nice according to the photo however we didn't stay here

The room was bit small ( even though when we check in they said they upgrade our Room) so i Don't know What was the regular booking room size thn.. Maybe much smaller, shower door was not closing properly water was going out, toilet seat was not proper clean, whenever we Keep the ac on it’s coming bad smell so we Keep the ac off for our whole stay, all trowel in washroom was looking like using the for long time Look like old, for breakfast not much option & they should keep more hot food instead of may sweets / dessert item. Overall all reception & security was very friendly & Helpful, f&B morning Staff was very unfriendly .. No hi hello/ good morning.. No check back nothing .

Das Hotel war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren leider nur eine Nacht dort. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, genauso wie das Frühstück.

I was checked in by Ismaelle and checked out by Jamal. Both are extremely helpful and friendly, offering valuable cultural and local tips. Those really come in handy to me. I appreciate it. Navigating through the medina of Marrakesh can be really sketchy after 12PM, as the alleyways are jam-packed. I had an issue figuring out where the Riad was situated, because the map on Trip.com was wrong. Trust Google's information here folks. A mosque is just on the next street, so you will hear the chanting sounds very close. Other than that, it is free from other bike noise or people. Very quiet during the night, which I found very rare in this city. I was served with a tea and biscuits upon arrival, and the tea was amazing. So Ismaelle arranged Jamal(because I was going out and coming back in the night) to teach me how to brew the tea how local would do. Great hospitality. Jamal and Abderrahmane(who works at another venue of this riad) were so friendly and shared some really helpful tips to get around. I am not talking about some ready-to-share knowledge, but they gave some actual tailored concierge-level information. Jamal also offered to give his hand in the morning to move my luggage, as I was in a minor difficulty, and walked with me and my luggage for 40 mins before 7AM. Breakfast at the rooftop was so nice and a lot better than the other riad I went to. If you found this riad is available for your travelling time, book it. You will have no regret.

The staff are kind and the breakfast was great so I can say everything was perfect except the location it’s was hard to find it at first .

モハメドは滞在中素晴らしいコミュニケーションをとった素晴らしいホストであり、アパートはきれいでした。ベッドは本当に快適で、息子によるとソファベッドもそうでした。アパートにはお茶、コーヒー、砂糖、その他のスパイスもたくさんあるので、それらを持参したり購入したりする必要はありません。本当のボーナスは、電話やデバイスを充電するためのアパートのいたるところに多くのユニバーサルパワーポイントがありました。タオル、シャワージェル、シャンプー、ヘアドライヤー、ヘアストレートナーも提供されています。近くにはたくさんのスーパーマーケットがあります。私はマラケシュに何度も行ったことがありますが、メディナまで歩いて行けるし、近くには素晴らしいレストランがいくつかあるので、この地域に滞在することを好みます。ほとんどのツアーでは、ピックアップポイントは徒歩2分の駅にあります。 モハメドは私たちの帰りのフライトチケットを印刷し、空港への安いタクシーも予約しました(観光客ではなく地元の価格で)。間違いなくここに再び戻ります。素晴らしい価値とサービス。 素晴らしいホストだった素晴らしいサービスに感謝します!
