チェックイン当日、到着が遅く、静かな部屋が欲しいと言ったので、一番奥の角に送られました。ドアに入ると、カーテンがきつくなく、さらにひどい感じがしました。部屋の変更をお願いしました。幸い、部屋の変更はかなり速かったのですが、2階のベランダにブロックがあったため、階下の部屋が変更され、照明が全然良くありませんでした。朝食が10時に終わったので、私が食べた3つの食事は1日がありませんでした。昼食と夕食は似ていて、食べるものは何もありませんでした。焼き魚以外の魚は見当たりませんでした。写真は欺瞞的でした。遊べる場所はたくさんありますが、すべり台のある別のプールの水は冷たいので、展示しかできません。

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. Amazing hotel, immaculate. Massive rooms , XL bed, big bathroom. New built. Staff cant do enough for you. Food is fantastic. Food available 24 hours. Great for families and couples. 30 min from city but offer free shuttle bus every hour and half. Very satisfied would definitely recommend

このリアドに3泊しましたが、全く後悔していません！まるで童話の世界に迷い込んだような美しく雰囲気のある場所で、その歴史と文化を体験できたのは本当に素晴らしい経験でした。 私たちを出迎えてくれたホストは、私たちの質問にもすべて丁寧に答えてくれ、とても親切で温かく迎えてくれました。 朝食はボリューム満点で、特にコーヒーは絶品でした（まさに芸術品！）。 無料で利用できるプールもありました😍 リアドの隣には小さなカフェがあり、値段も手頃なのに信じられないほど美味しかったです😌 予約するかどうかかなり迷いましたが、この宿を選んで本当に良かったと思っています💛

マラケシュ滞在中にリアド ジブリルに泊まる機会に恵まれ、本当に楽しい体験でした。 ホストのイヘブさんはまさに伝説の名にふさわしい方です。チェックインした瞬間からチェックアウトするまで、私たちの滞在を思い出深いものにしてくれました。5つ星ホテルではないかもしれませんが、期待を上回るユニークで本格的なモロッコ体験を提供してくれました。 伝統的な建築様式のリアド自体は清潔で魅力的でした。ハイライトは間違いなく静かなテラスで、メディナの喧騒から離れた静かなオアシスです。ある晩、私たちはテラスでシーシャを味わいました。たった70 MADほどで、とても楽しい体験でした。テラスで食事をすることもでき、おいしいタジンを1人60 MADというとてもリーズナブルな価格で楽しむことができました。シェフの料理の腕前は本当に素晴らしいものでした。毎朝提供される朝食も伝統的で家庭的なものでした。 私たちの滞在を本当に特別なものにしてくれたのは、イヘブとスタッフが作り出した暖かく歓迎的な雰囲気でした。私たちはゲストとして到着しましたが、友達になったような気分で帰りました。長毛のトラ猫のソフィアと、赤毛の子猫のリーナという、2匹のかわいらしい猫とも仲良くなりました。彼らの存在が私たちの滞在にさらなる魅力を加えてくれました。 リアド ジブリルのロケーションは完璧で、両替所の前のラクダは素晴らしい目印になりました。リアドは反対側の路地の2軒目にあったので、簡単に見つけられました。特に、夜に訪れるお気に入りの場所であるザイトゥン カフェの近くのカスバに近いことが気に入りました。カフェのランタンで照らされたテラスからは雄大な景色が広がり、私たちの夜をさらに思い出深いものにしてくれました。
