立地は最高！朝食が無料で、しかもビュッフェなのが嬉しいです。笑。今回の滞在で唯一残念だったのは、部屋の照明とトイレが暗すぎること。メイクをしている時に鏡で自分の姿がほとんど見えなくて、窓の前で工事をしているので開けられません。あと、トイレの排水が悪くて臭いがひどいので、改善していただけると嬉しいです。ありがとうございます！

フレンドリーなスタッフ、手間のないチェックイン&チェックアウト。素敵で大きな部屋。うまく機能するシャワー、テレビでアプリしか見つかりませんでしたが、テレビ番組はありませんでした。部屋にはうまく機能するエアコンがあります、交通がある場合、少しうるさいかもしれません(それは3モール(SMを含む)の真ん中にある非常に良い場所の価格です。朝食はアジアンのみ(英語またはアメリカの朝食なし)のため、私たちは選びませんでした。お金の価値は完全に大丈夫です。空港への運賃はPhP 150です。- by TukTuk、またはPhP 250です。- キャビンタクシーで

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. Great stay!. Very convenient and accessible to town proper.

I stayed for 5 nights. Room is okay, comfy. Smart location as well. Staff are also attentive to your needs. If there would be things for improvement, I think in the cleanliness part, specifically the towels, I notice that some towels are not properly washed even after requesting a new one.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and feel that the hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

私が部屋の一番気に入ったのは窓でした。私たちが泊まった部屋の中の閉ざされたドアについて少し混乱しましたが、部屋は安全で快適に感じました。 エアコンは思ったほど寒くはありませんでしたが、それでも管理できました。シャワーの水圧はかなり低く、温水はありませんでしたが、滞在中は管理できました。 朝食に関しては、宣伝されているように英語/アイルランドの朝食を期待していましたが、代わりにフィリピンの朝食であることがわかりました。しかし、食べ物はまだ大丈夫でした。 改善の提案は、スマートテレビを追加するか、Netflixなどのストリーミングサービスにアクセスして、ゲストが夜、特に夜を楽しむことができるようにすることです。 全体的に、私たちは快適な滞在ができました。いくつかのマイナーな問題にもかかわらず、経験は良かったし、提供されたおもてなしに感謝します。

ホテルはよかったです。何十年も前、子供の頃に宿泊した記憶があるので懐かしかったです。ホテルはリラックスできて素敵です。部屋（私たちは新しい建物に泊まりました）は清潔で、素敵でモダンです。テレビは少しベーシックなものでした。 レストランは待ち時間がとても長いですが、食べ物は本当に美味しかったです。残念ながら、レストランで巨大なネズミが私たちの前を走り抜けていくのを実際に見ました。しかし、不思議なことに、それはあまり気にならなかった。 やはりホテルに泊まる事をお勧めします。市内にも空港にも近くて便利です。部屋は素晴らしく、快適でした。

Comfortable and basic hotel near airport. Their tablea cafe serves good coffee and hot chocolate. Staff lead of restaurant for breakfast needs to learn to communicate more. I was served sardines when my order was chorizo. And instead of apologizing for the mistake, she made an excuse saying that she heard me say “Spanish” and assumed I ordered sardines. This behavior is unacceptable as (1) she should have apologized for the mistake and (2) she should have informed me first that chorizo wasn’t available and if I preferred a different option instead of her actions mentioned above. Hope her supervisor can take corrective action on this.
