ポルトガルマデイラ諸島で、駐車場のあるホテル

フロントのフェルナンデスさんはとても親切で助かりました。ただ、最近ホテルでイベントが開催されていて、屋上の音楽が非常にうるさく、夜10時から朝7時まで鳴り響いていて、ぐっすり眠ることができませんでした。立地は最高で、美術館と海辺の歩行者天国のすぐそば、市内中心部にも近いです。ただし、イベント開催日は避けた方が良いでしょう。

Très bel hôtel, accueil formidable ainsi que le personne s'occupant du petit-déjeuner très très sympathiques, le petit-déjeuner complet et de très bonne qualité. Piscine chauffée formidable ainsi que le hammam, le sauna et le jacuzzi !! Tout était parfait pour un séjour idéal, restaurants à proximité ou bien même celui de l'hôtel. Et chambre évidemment magnifique !!!

This hotel is simply 100% the best in everything🩷🩷🩷I really enjoyed each and every service. The reception, the kitchen, the music in the evening, the transportation, the cleanliness in the room. The decorations in the room on my birthday👌👌👌 This hotel is more than what you see on the photos, it's epic!!! I just love it🥂

バイアアズールでの滞在を本当に楽しんだ。このホテルにはすべてが揃っています!ラウンジエリアからの素晴らしい景色、夜のエンターテイメントが楽しめる素敵なバー、優れたサービス、素敵な快適な客室、とても素敵なプールエリア。私たちはそれを責めることはできません!朝食も素敵でした。間違いなく再びここに滞在します!

直前にレイトバード価格でトリプルルーム 3 ベッドを予約しました。しかし、彼らは私たちにダブルルーム 2 ベッドを与えてくれました。 1階のテニスコートのすぐ隣にあるのでかなり騒がしいです。気温31度、エアコン無し。新鮮な空気を吸うために開けられる小さな窓は 1 つだけですが、多くのゲストが屋内プール、ジムなどにアクセスできる歩道に面しています。プライバシーが十分ではありません。 徒歩圏内に多くの小さなスーパーマーケット、レストラン、バス停が近くにあるので、場所は大丈夫です。ホテルの設備は値段の割には充実しています。

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The lady at reception was very helpful, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly from the moment I arrived. The room was amazing, with a beautiful view that made the experience even more special. All the staff were excellent and friendly. The two girls working at the bar in the afternoon were wonderful — unfortunately I forgot their names, but one of them was Venezuelan. They were both very welcoming and professional. The breakfast team was always respectful and ready to help. One lovely lady was so thoughtful that she prepared my outdoor table setup in the morning before I had even picked my food. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager handled the staff and operations very smoothly — you could really feel how organized and professional everything was. I also noticed the lady who I believe is the GM. She looked incredibly hardworking, present during the afternoon, evening, and morning, always supporting her team. I even saw her celebrating staff birthdays with them. This is exactly how true leadership should be. Anyone looking for real hospitality should visit this hotel. As a Hospitality GM myself, I can confidently say this is an approved place to enjoy a wonderful experience with your loved ones. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.Keep it up

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, man ist schnell am Meer. Das Parkhaus kostet leider extra, aber dafür kommt man direkt mit dem Aufzug ins richtige Stockwerk. Nebenan im Center sind leider Bauarbeiten, die man auch deutlich gehört hat von 08:00-17:00 Uhr unter der Woche. Dies hätte man bei der Buchung mitteilen sollen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, das Personal sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber.

素晴らしいロケーションで、寝室とレストランからの眺めが最高な、とても快適で清潔なホテルです。地形が急なため、ウォーキングの機会は限られていますが、クラル・ド・フレイタスまで続く素晴らしい遊歩道があります（45～60分）。サービスは非常に良かったのですが、ベジタリアン料理は期待していた水準に達していませんでした。朝食の種類は豊富ですが、温かい朝食は保温されていません。素敵なジャグジーと、小さくて素敵な屋内プールがあります。訪れる価値は間違いなくありますが、最寄りのレストランまで遠いので、食事がもっと良ければさらに良いでしょう。フンシャルからバス（81番）で3.35ユーロですが、時刻表をよく確認してください。

オールインクルーシブということで、食事もお酒もどこかしらのレストランで食べることができました。お勧めのレストランはVELA DI CANALEというイタリアンカフェ。 熱々のピザも食べ放題で、タイミングが合えば好みのトッピングでオリジナルも焼いてくれます。プールも広々していてゆっくりと過ごすことができました。また宿泊したいです。
