良いホテルで、部屋も良かったです。3月8日の午後に宿泊していた若い女性が迎えてくれましたが、残念ながら名前は分かりません。
受付の方はとても親切で、とても丁寧に対応していただき、素晴らしい部屋（309号室）に案内されました。

ポルト市街の中心部に位置しています。部屋の窓からは教会が見えますが、有名なアズレージョの教会ではありません。ファミリールームは2部屋構成で、キングサイズのベッドが1台とソファベッドが1台あります。ソファベッドの部屋には長いデスクがあり、作業に便利です。朝食の種類も悪くありません。エアコンも完備。毎日部屋の清掃があり、バスタオル、歯ブラシ、アメニティ、使い捨てスリッパが備え付けられています。ヨーロッパの多くのホテルではこれらが用意されていないので助かります。全ての観光スポットまで徒歩圏内です。ポルトは坂の多い街ですが、このホテルも坂の上にあります。車で上がっていくと、時々渋滞することがあります。ホテルの前の道沿いには駐車スペースがありますが、多くはありません。ホテルの近くには小さな広場があり、毎晩ストリートシンガーが歌っています。ホテルの階下には美味しいポルトガル料理のレストランがあり、主に様々なグリル料理を提供しています。3人で40ユーロほどでした。全体的にとても満足できるホテルです。欠点は、プールがないこと。車で来る場合は、駐車場の問題を考慮する必要があります。

The hotel is close to the historical area, and the staff are very, very friendly and warm-hearted.
The hotel room is very clean, and the breakfast is like a home-style meal.
Everything is satisfactory, and I will rebook next time.

このホテルはとても気に入りました。静かで、清潔で、立地も良かったです。
私が宿泊した部屋（203号室）ですが、翌日になって初めてドアの鍵がしっかり閉まっていないことに気づきました。 しかし、ありがたいことに何も深刻なことは起こらず、私はそれを報告し、セキュリティがしっかりしていて眺めの良い部屋に移してもらいました。 6階。

Bonjour,
Notre expérience s'est très bien passée : propreté impeccable, personnel impeccable. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas souhaité garer notre véhicule dans le parking car il est très, très étroit.
Pour le reste, nous sommes très satisfaits.

サービスは良かったものの、残念な経験でした。
この空港ホテルのアメニティは標準的で、清潔な施設、フレンドリーなスタッフ、快適な客室です。
唯一の欠点は、駐車場が有料だったことです。このような追加料金を請求するホテルは珍しく、1泊7ユーロを請求するのは不公平だと感じました。このような予想外の料金を請求されたため、このホテルはお勧めできません。このようなビジネス慣行は不当だと思います。

ゲゲストWe were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

Location is not the best for sightseeing, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro, then a few stops to the main attractions, which can be inconvenient especially in rainy weather. On the plus side, it’s right next to a lively market/food court with lots of local bites, and there’s even a supermarket inside.
The staff were very kind, spoke good uEnglish, and even provided a welcome plate with fruits and egg tarts, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was nicer than the photos: spacious, very clean, with a safe box, closet, and separate bathroom and toilet. Breakfast was plentiful with many varieties, though it was the same selection every day.
A few downsides: the cleaning staff entered my room twice while I was inside (once early in the morning while I was asleep, and another time while I was in the bathroom). They may have knocked, but it still felt intrusive. The window setup was also awkward, my room faced the lobby, so I had to keep the curtain closed the whole stay for privacy, which made the room dark.
Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with great staff, but the location isn’t ideal if you want to be close to main attractions. If the price is good compared to the ones in the center, then it could be a good choose as taxis to the center cost about €5 one way. Otherwise, I’d probably choose somewhere in the more central area next time.

EEmilyI recently spent four nights at Aparthotel Oporto Sol, and while my stay was overall okay, it came with a few drawbacks.
First, the location is a bit outside the main area of Porto, which required some extra effort to get into the heart of the city. While the surroundings were quiet and less crowded, I did find myself relying on public transport or taxis more than I would have liked.
One of the main issues was the absence of air conditioning in the bedroom. During my stay, the temperatures were warm, and it made things uncomfortable at night. Opening the windows was not an option due to the presence of mosquitoes outside, which meant I struggled to find a comfortable sleeping temperature.
On the positive side, the apartment itself was spacious and generally clean. The amenities were adequate for my needs, and the staff was friendly and helpful, albeit a few blocks over. I appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare some of my own meals during my stay.
In summary, while my stay at Aparthotel Oporto Sol had its merits, the lack of air conditioning and its location outside the main area impacted my overall experience. If you're sensitive to heat or prefer to be in the city center, you may want to consider other options. Otherwise, it serves as a decent accommodation for those seeking a quieter spot.

ゲゲストOur family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Faites attention l’hôtel enregistre votre carte bancaire et vous feront encore un prélèvement de 3€ sans votre consentement + la taxe de séjour, alors que dans d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles ils ne font pas cela.

RRomstarJust far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport.
We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!!
The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it.
Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room.
I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend
