The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not.
