This is nice hotel, it has a very good viee balcony, a nice resturant providing continental food and Chinese food. Great experience.

The hotel is fantastic! Very clean, great location with excellent setbice and complementary room service. I’d book here again.

とても良い経験でした。上司から従業員まで全員がとても礼儀正しく丁寧で、サービスもとても良かったです。部屋は広くて清潔です。特に一日三食の食事はいつでもリクエストできます。遠く離れた故郷から、シャオヘイ兄さんが美味しい中華料理を作って私たちのお腹を満たしてくれたことに驚きました。

ホテルはとても国際的で、サービスはとても良く、とても素敵です。

カンパラの真ん中にあるとても良いホテル。すべて順調です。とても美しい大きな部屋、大きなベッド、窓は本当にそれをとても美しくします。大きな部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っています。朝食は少なく、夕食は広いです。コーヒーはとても良いです。

This beautiful new hotel located right on the shore of Lake Victoria, every room has balcony with great views. The hotel offer free transportation to and from the airport, this hotel is very convenient if you need to use the airport. The room is spacious, clean and free WiFi is available . The staff friendly and hospitable. I will stay there again on my next visit to Uganda. 這是一座全新的酒店，坐落在維多利亞湖邊。酒店有免費機場接送，房間有湖景，免費Wi-Fi和供應膳食。在這裏乘車去Kampala 市中心也10分方便。

Staff is nice. Location is great. Nice view of the lake. Breakfast is ok. Air conditioning not working. Switched rooms and room stayed cooler but water dripped from the air conditioner. Problem with the television in both rooms. Needed to replace the refrigerator in the 2nd room. Water pressure in the shower was low. This was our second time staying in this hotel and had same issues the first time. We will choose another hotel next time.

ロケーションは最高でした。ビクトリア モールには、食料品、スーパーマーケット、両替所など、出張に必要なものがすべて揃っています。モールの 2 階には映画館や素敵な LC ワイキキ ストアもあります。ホテルの設備は良かったのですが、清掃は改善の余地があります。最初の 2 泊はテーブルとアームチェアにアリがかなりいました。戻ってきたある朝、部屋はきれいに片付いていましたが、アームチェアがありませんでした。タオルの交換も忘れていました。朝食はまあまあで、数日間は問題ありませんでした。全体的に良いホテルで、ロケーションと価格を考えると、今後もここに泊まります。

可能かどうか尋ねました。12時に出発します。彼らは大丈夫だと言いました。11.55am電話が鳴り、何を言えますか...。しかし、ルールは、12時に出発しなければならないということです!非常に悪い! 私がそのホテルに5回目です 今日は小さな部屋は不可能です。その部屋を最初に手に入れたら、二度と戻ってこない!!!非常に悪い!!! ドアロックが機能しないので、私は受付に電話しなければなりません!
