The doors all slam, making it uncomfortable/non restful for business people that have a different schedule from that of 8-5:00. The GM Tom addressed the issue with the washing machine the same day. GM, Tom is very much so focused on his guest and the enjoyment of the guest to ensure guests are happy and taken care of.
Needed much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost coming to a trickle and then coming back on boiling hot…very dangerous!
SSuperdaveWell, for the price, you can't complain too much, it gives you enough to stay comfortably, full kitchen, nice A/C, the bed is a little bit too soft... why they charge $5 for parking per day, it's not making any sense, but I guess that's how they make additional income. It's definitely recommended to those seeking for a good value hotel.
ゲゲストThe staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much
