The best hotel in Dien Bien, just opened and everything very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, location great just 4 minutes away from the airport. Only the massage was bad. Everything else is top.

Check in was fast and absolutely pleasant. We could check in an hour early. I will give over 10 stars to the staff. They are efficient, pleasant and with right hospitality mind. Our room was spacious, spot on. Good air-con and ample hot water. Big decent tv. Full shaving kit was there. In my previous review i have mentioned about the mattress being spring and sinking in the middle making it was hard to sleep but the next room’s mattress was good. Room rate included free breakfast and it was wonderful. There was a really good array. Perfect breakfast consisting of something for everyone. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. Big points trom us. Room service meals we ordered were also really good. Location is great. Not far from the attractions. We had a great stay. We recommend them.

What a gem! My room with balcony had a superb 180 degree view of wide expanses of luminously green paddies (September), framed by parts of downtown Dien Bien Phu and infamous Hill A1 (30+ minutes walk away) and the surrounding mountains/hills.  The room was  equipped/decorated with lots of imagination and attention to detail. The soul of everything is the charming owner/manager Hien, very knowledgeable and helpful. Last not least, her cooking is excellent!

I had a very nice stay in this hotel in Dien Bien Phu. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was big and clean, with a good bathroom. They are adding an elevator, which is great. Dien Bien Phu is a quiet town with an important historical past — definitely worth a visit.

Видимо самый лучший отель в городе) расположен в самом центре у главной площади, все достопримечательности на расстоянии 10 минут пешком. Рядом есть несколько кафе (это редкость для города) Свежий ремонт, новая сантехника, есть горячая вода с хорошим напором. Кондиционер работает отлично. Персонал помог заказать такси в аэропорт (Grab не работает в этом городе) Из недостатков - матрас обернут в полиэтилен и шуршит. На кровати не было одеяла (взяли из шкафа без пододеяльника) звукоизоляции нет, слышно улицу и соседей.

Not too far from city center, helpful staff with reasonable price.
