Hi, der Service war sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem aufmerksam, höflich und effizient. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen, sehr suaber und gute Lage. Gerne wieder.

The house is clean and modern, also the facilities in the building are great. It’s located around 15 mins walk to the beach. The value for the money is really great. One thing to notice: 🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

Amazing value and great service. The area is a bit rough around the edges so be careful at night. Most rooms have some sideways sea view. Nice breakfast and restaurant. We loved the rooftop terrace and the pool. We will definitely come back!

Os funcionários são muito prestativos. O café da manhã é bem variado e muito completo, servido em um espaço bem amplo. A academia deixa a desejar, pois só tem duas esteiras, alteres e uma bicicleta, que estava quebrada.

Hotel muito bem localizado, em frente à praia de Manaíra e próximo de shoppings e restaurantes. Quarto muito espaçoso e com aspecto de novo. A única crítica é o ar condicionado do meu quarto, que era visivelmente antigo e parou de gelar na última noite.

A estadia superou as expectativas, sobretudo tendo em conta o valor pago. O hotel é confortável, limpo e bem localizado, o que facilita bastante a deslocação. Os quartos são espaçosos e bem equipados, garantindo uma estadia agradável e tranquila. No geral, é uma excelente opção para quem procura conforto, bom serviço e um preço justo. Sem dúvida, voltaria a escolher este hotel e recomendo a quem valoriza uma ótima relação qualidade-preço.
