Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟
It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep.
The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.
We loved the Urumuqi Conrad! For our entire stay, the service was superb and attentive. We always felt very welcomed. The room was excellent and impeccably maintained. The executive lounge offered both afternoon tea and light dinner service. The staff was super nice and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many made to order items.
The bell men and housekeeper all performed very well.
Overall, we highly recommend the Urumuqi Conrad.

ゲゲストI have known of Kashgar for years because of its importance to the Silk Road. It was quickly planned trip and I chose the Radisson Blu because of good experirences that I have had with the brand in other locations. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Aria and the crew at the front desk. Aria even walked me pretty far to a restarant located in the same building later in my trip. My first night there was a sandstorm and the temperature in my room would not cool below 27C, the night crew was so helpful and ended moving me across the hall. Steven and Michael and Akhbar from management were always asking me how everything was and offering insights everytime that I walked through the lobby. The only criticism that I have is that the locker rooms in the pool area need some remodeling, there were some workers there the last couple days of my trip though. The pool itself was perfect and the attendants (Cindy, Katia, Meena, Winnie etc) were always cheerful and even would bring a bottle of water to my lounge while I was in the pool. Whenever I will return to Kashgar, I will stay here as I will urge friends of mine to stay as well.

ZzedtalibWe expected the usual no hassle smooth check in from a Marriot group hotel. We arrived late at night and the two staff at the reception wanted so many trivial informations, not to mention the slow service. This was our 8th hotel for the Xinjiang Trip and the most irritating check in process. They could have the courtesy to let us go to the already paid rooms while checking thru the details or at least offer us a welcome drink
The dining place is huge but so is the number of guests omg. There were not enough table, coffee machines were trickling slow
We expected a nice stay at Marriot but we were disappointed.
