It’s a decent hotel where you can stay comfortably for few days. If your trip is longer and you intend to stay inside the hotel, then probably this is not the place.

The hotel staff and view is amazing. Food is really simple and good. Room was fantastic with sea view , very calm and quiet . I am happy we got room not to road view because it looked very crowded and noisy. The only bad things very unhygienic bathroom mostly shower-cocaroaches running and very untidy. Andhorrible smell after the night in all hotel-looks like farm smell ir smth like that. Very unclean coffee cups and coffee machines atbreakfast buffet. Overall i am satisfied with my

Good 3* hotel for reasonable price. Located not far (5-15 minutes walk) from tavernas and local supermarket, 15 minutes walking from the beach. Room is not spacious, but has almost all you need in (air conditioning, tea pot, safe box, fan, balcony), clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast is ok, but has no coffee machine and juices is not good. Has an outdoor pool, not heated. Sunbeds provided for free. Has private parking for your car behind the hotel, free of charge.

スタッフの方は親切で、部屋も清潔でとても良かったです。
鍵が開かないトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの方が部屋まで来て開けてくださいました。

I choose this hotel just because good reviews.
But i'm ready tell
you truth!
1)hotel haven't black-out curtains,it means from 06:00am your room will be full of light and not sleep well. When i asked reception to change it(because all sunny countries should have it100) they answers ”it's a sun season !”😆
2)bed is very soft and uncomfortable for back
3)noise in hotel is crazy,you can hear all neighbours even from opposite room,even with earplugs!
If you want rest somewhere before flight,
i highly not recommend. I changed ticked and made check out 1 day before for safe my sleep!

スタッフは本当にフレンドリーで、特にフロントデスクの笑顔の女性でした。私の部屋は素晴らしかった-モダンで広としていて、良いバルコニーが付いています。ベッドは快適で、すべてがきれいでした。
食べ物はハイライトでした。朝食にはたくさんの選択肢がありました。昼食と夕食は素晴らしかったです-シェフは本当に才能があります。私はすべての食事を楽しんだ。
ホテルは長い家族の歴史があり、特別な雰囲気を与えています。大きなチェーンホテルとは全然違います。
小さな問題だけ:部屋とバスルームで服にフックをもっと使うことができます。
全体的に、私は素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。フレンドリーなサービス、おいしい料理、素敵な部屋の組み合わせが素晴らしい滞在につながりました。私は間違いなく他の人にそれをお勧めします。

All the staff were lovely and helpful. To be honest it was just a bit of a grubby place. I think it needs a freshen up which I think they may be doing. The pool had a vape in it for 3 days and various dead bugs… it was a great location for me as I was helping at SOS dog rescue.

朝食はごく普通です-何もありません。お腹が空いた場合にのみ適しています。村といくつかのレストランの周りでは、4日で退屈でした。ホテルは海に垂直であるため、すべての部屋から「海の景色」を見ることが非常に条件付きです。部屋は同じで、寮のタイプは「高価」を選んでも意味がありません。 1時間早くチェックインするか、1時間遅れてチェックアウトすると、半日長くかかります。別のホテルの向かいには、遅くまで大音量の生演奏があります。窓を閉めても、悪い曲を聴いて、キプロス・キルコロフ、エルトン・ジョンなどを楽しむ必要があります。素敵なものもあります。スタッフはとても親切です。親切で水はきれいです。

ゲゲストラルナカからバスで約 30 分の静かで落ち着いた村にある素晴らしいロケーション。ビーチからも歩いてすぐ。
地中海料理と西洋料理の朝食がおいしく、レストランは昼夜問わず利用できます。
ガーデン スイートにアップグレードしてもらえたので、メインのホテルの部屋がどのようなものかはわかりません。
スタッフはとても丁寧で親切です。
唯一の問題は、私の予約は 1 人分だったのに、朝食が 2 人分含まれていたことです。Trip.com とホテルに変更してもらおうとしましたが、両者とも責任を相手に押し付け、問題は解決しませんでした。

My stay at Lemon Tree Hostel was fantastic in almost every way. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure everything was well taken care of. The rooms were thoughtfully arranged, with a good balance between private rooms and shared spaces. The patio area was a great place to relax, and the shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained—there was really nothing to complain about.
One thing that stood out was how attentive the host was, even at night. They personally came to turn on the radiator, and both the air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. From the facilities to the atmosphere, everything felt well-managed and comfortable.
However, if I had to point out one issue, it wouldn’t be about the hostel itself, but rather the guests. For some reason, there seemed to be quite a few guests who were unwell, and since the soundproofing wasn’t great, constant coughing and noise from closing doors loudly became quite disruptive. The doors, in particular, amplified the sound when shut too hard, which made it difficult to rest.
It might be helpful if the hostel could politely remind guests to close doors softly or provide some kind of notice to encourage more considerate behavior. Aside from that, this place was nearly perfect, and I’d still highly recommend it!

ゲゲストThe Frangiorgio Hotel is situated in a quiet area of Larnaca, within a comfortable six-minute walk to Finikoudes beach and the boutique shopping district.
The hotel maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout. The shower facilities provide consistent hot water with good pressure and come equipped with high-quality botanical soap.
Each room includes practical amenities such as a kettle, premium tea and coffee, cane sugar, bathrobes, slippers, and a safe. My room featured a balcony overlooking the street, offering views of nearby buildings along with a pleasant perspective of the western mountains.
The reception staff is very professional. Breakfast is served on the sixth-floor terrace, which offers elevated views over Larnaca. The buffet selection included omelets, pancakes, cereals, cheeses, beans, vegetables, jams, pastries, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and various meats. This rooftop area also features a small swimming pool and showers, although I didn't use these facilities during my visit.
Having stayed in many hotels worldwide, I found the Frangiorgio Hotel to deliver superior service and good value. While categorized as a 3-star hotel, it compares favorably with many 4-star properties. The discounts available to Trip.com members make this a particularly appealing option.

ゲゲスト素晴らしいホテルです。改装後、公式には 4 つ星ですが、私は 5 つ星を付けたいくらいです。素晴らしいサービス、とても親切でフレンドリーなスタッフ。清潔、新鮮、美しい。朝食には豊富なメニューがあり、スパークリングワイン（！）も提供され、ニシンもあります。バーのカクテルは最高でした。近くのさまざまな場所やラルナカでも試しましたが、ここのカクテルが最高でした。バルコニーからの素晴らしい海の景色。私は休暇に非常に満足しており、このホテルを友人全員にお勧めします。
