主要観光スポットであるアルカサル宮殿からは徒歩15分、最寄りのメトロポール・パラソルまでは徒歩6分です。24時間対応のフロントがありますが、チェックインはすべてオンラインで行い、Bluetoothを使用するには携帯アプリをダウンロードする必要があります。ドアに近づいたらスマホでドアを開けるという、非常に手間のかかるシステムでした。私はドミトリーに宿泊しましたが、チェックインの夜は満室で、床には紙くずがたくさん落ちていたので、このユースホステルは不潔だと思いましたが、宿泊してみると非常に清潔でした。キッチンには電子レンジしかなく、コンロはありませんでしたが、炭酸水がありました。冷蔵庫はありましたが、冷凍室はありませんでした。一番奇妙な設計は、部屋に入る前にトイレを通る点です。トイレは広くなく、洗面台も非常に小さく、シャワールームには衣類を掛ける場所がありませんでした。ベッドエリアにつながるガラスのドアは全く防音性がなく、ヘアドライヤーを使ったり電話で話したりすると、他の人に迷惑がかかります。ユースホステルは24時間常に音量を抑えていますが、カプセルベッドの一般的な問題で、衣類を掛ける場所がなく、ベッドに上がるのも不便でした。

La habitación que me dieron estaba a pie de calle y no tenía persiana, si ponía la TV me veían desde fuera. Tampoco había nadie en recepción ya que la recepción está en otro edificio. La localización es muy buena ya que está muy céntrico.

ホテル自体はとても素敵で、立地も抜群です。城壁のすぐ外という絶好のロケーションにあり、歴史地区や近隣の交通機関へのアクセスも非常に便利です。設備や全体的な雰囲気も快適でした。 しかし、チェックアウト時の対応に不満があったため、満点をつけることはできませんでした。 私たちは機内持ち込み手荷物2個と大型スーツケース2個を持って駅まで行く必要があり、70歳の母と一緒でした。フロントにタクシーの手配をお願いしたところ、なんと断られてしまいました。このような基本的な要望すら叶えてもらえないのは、到底受け入れられません。 しかも、その時は小雨が降っていました。チェックアウトを担当したフロントスタッフは、手助けをするどころか、道路を渡ってタクシー乗り場まで行って自分でタクシーを拾えばいいと言いました。小雨の中、複数の荷物と高齢の母を連れてタクシーに乗るのは、明らかに無理な話です。 さらに残念だったのは、この対応の後、彼女が何の助けも提供せず、私たちを完全に無視したことです。 タクシー乗り場まで歩いて行った時には、タクシーは一台もいませんでした。ちなみに、パセオ・デ・ラ・ビクトリアは、簡単に横断できるような小さな通りではなく、複数の車線がある大きな大通りです。 結局、70歳の母をホテルのロビーで待たせたまま、自分でタクシー乗り場まで行く羽目になりました。ようやくタクシーが来たので、運転手にホテルの入り口まで迎えに来てもらうよう頼みました。電車に乗り遅れないように急いでいたので、余計にストレスが溜まりました。幸いにも時間通りに間に合いましたが、フロントがタクシーを呼んでくれていれば、こんなことにはならなかったはずです。 私は2000年代初頭から毎年何度もヨーロッパを訪れており、大陸中の100軒以上のホテルに宿泊してきました。長年このホテルに宿泊してきましたが、タクシーを呼んでほしいという簡単な依頼を、ホテルのフロントでこれほど露骨に拒否されたのは初めてです。五つ星ホテルを謳うホテルとしては、基本的な宿泊客の要望、特に高齢の宿泊客に対するこのような無関心は到底容認できるものではなく、せっかくの快適な滞在が台無しになり、非常に残念な印象を受けました。 今回の経験を踏まえ、今後ユーロスターズ系列のホテルに宿泊する際には、非常に慎重にならざるを得ません。

フロントは2階にあります。部屋は広くはありませんが、ソファーベッドを引き出して大人2人と子供2人でゆっくり眠ることができます。フロントはとてもフレンドリーで、子供2人にテディベアを2つくれました。何か問題があれば、フロントに連絡して解決してもらえます。とても良いホテルです！朝食は1人あたり18ユーロ、子供は無料なのでお得です！

Lovely Hotel with comfortable rooms and pool. However, the service is slow and it took us 5 hours to get replacement teas and coffees to the room, despite 2 visits to reception and a call. Well priced drinks in bar and only 15 mins by car to centre of Seville. Free car parking. Hotel supplies free shuttle bus to nearest metro station.

I am so happy and pleased that we stayed here; I’m really glad we chose this place. Here are my detailed thoughts after our stay: The price was incredibly low compared to nearby hotels and aparthotels, and it offered much more value. After checking in online, your room number and door code are automatically sent to you—it’s fast, practical, and very convenient. The room was amazingly nice, clean, and spacious. The one we stayed in also had a large balcony, which is great for relaxing in the evening if you like. It’s about a 7–8 minute taxi ride to the center. Uber costs around €17 on average, which is pretty much the only downside as commuting back and forth gets a bit pricey. I would strongly recommend renting a car instead, as you can get very good cars for just €10 a day. The nearest beach is Playa de Maro, and we went there every day during our 5-day stay. It’s a maximum 8–9 minute walk and is a beautiful, clean cove. You can rent a sunbed and umbrella together for €6. The beach itself is free, so you can just sit on the sand if you prefer. There’s a café where you can get food and drinks, or you can buy your own supplies from a market. There is a small pool on the top floor of the hotel with views of the surroundings and the sea. We never used it since the sea was more enjoyable for us. If you head into the center of Nerja, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and pubs to enjoy your time. There are 2 or 3 nice restaurants around the hotel. Restaurant Maro (full name: Hogar Y Centro Social Maro) and a casual seafood spot in the side street called Bar El Rincón de la Tapa, where you can eat incredibly delicious, fresh, and cheap fish. The side streets and the surrounding area are lovely. We walked around and found some great spots for photos. The most famous beach in the center of Nerja, Playa Burriana, is about 7–8 minutes away by Uber.

セビリアには一泊だけしましたが、ホテル全体がオレンジをテーマにしていて、とっても可愛かったです！部屋もアットホームな雰囲気で、まるで民宿に泊まっているようでした。朝食の種類も豊富で、フロントの女性もとても綺麗でしたよ（笑）

From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind.

チェックインは難しく、磁気マシンの不具合で時間がかかりました。 アパートのアメニティが十分ではありません。 屋内プールは追加料金が必要です。 屋外プールのタオルを受け取るには料金が必要です。 滞在中にハウスキーパーがアパートを一度掃除しましたが、バスルームに石鹸とシャワージェルを置くのを忘れていました。 10:00前にアパートを出なければなりません（チェックアウト）。11:00まで滞在するには追加料金を支払わなければなりませんでした。 11:00まで滞在したいという私の要望に対して、マネージャーは融通が利かず、役に立たなかった 全体的に、このリゾートには満足していません。

ロケーションが最高です！部屋はシティ・オブ・アーツ・アンド・サイエンスの真正面にあり、夜は窓から夜景を楽しめます。ホテルの6階からも最高の眺めです！部屋はかなり広く、フロントでは毎日レモン水を提供しています。ホテルの階下にあるレストランも素晴らしく、朝から晩まで賑わっていて、味もとても良いです。王宮や大聖堂までも徒歩圏内で、非常に便利です！
