Instalaciones muy limpias. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, por lo que no se podía enfriar bien la habitación

Les + : Mention spéciale à l’ensemble du personnel rencontré au sein de l’établissement qui est sympathique et professionnel, l’emplacement est super et les services proposés également (spa, variété du petit dej, horaire check in-out) Les - : Le prix du parking qui pourrait être un petit peu réduit et l’insonorisation entre les chambres et couloirs.

A great hotel to your stay in Donosti. The place is really modern and I love the style (simplicity and beauty at the same time). Everyone in the staff was really nice, and the breakfast has a lot of variety (I really appreciate the healthy choices). The bedroom was simple but very clean and quite big. I will come back again, no doubt

Appreciated the free parking and beautiful views of the city below. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop. Our hotel room was pretty clean but I would describe the room amenities as basic. The pillows were too soft - presumably due to the lack of pillow filling. The motion sensor lights in the toilet also turned off every 5 mins which was a bit annoying sometimes. For the price paid, I still think our stay was worth it.

What an amazing hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the old town makes this a must stay location. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooftop pool and bar were fabulous. Overall an excellent location and will be a repeat stay for me in the future.

お部屋が空いていたので早めにチェックインさせて貰えて大変助かりました。レセプションの方もコンシェルジュの方も皆さん大変親切で　食べ物屋さん　観光地　交通手段等等　日本語しか話せない私が翻訳アプリを駆使して問い合わせをしたのにも関わらず　笑顔で何度も教えてくれました。建物も雰囲気のあるホテルでしたが　お部屋はモダンな感じでした。中庭もあり　陽がさしている時は暖かく気持ち良いくらいでした。部屋が天井が高いせいか寒かったのでエアコンのスイッチを入れたのですが　いつまでも寒いままなのでフロントに行き　その旨告げると　冷房と暖房の切り替えが必要で、冷房のまま使っていたようです。シャワーもレインシャワーと普通のシャワーがあり、ボタンを押すだけでどちらか選べて便利でした。水量も十分です。

ビルバオからバスを乗せて車なしでここに来ました。プール付きのホテルを見つけるのは簡単ではなく、LaGuardia内なので完璧に機能しました。おそらく4つ星ではありませんが、快適でプールは素敵でした。 価格にお勧めします

La acogida ha sido genial, la chica de la recepción de en todo, muy servicial y atenta en todo, lo malo y hay que decirlo es que había el chinche de la pestes por todos los lados, se necesita fumigar y quitar la plaga por que no se puede salir a la terraza y al dormir me desperté a media noche con uno en mi cuello. La chica de la recepción muy maja y servicial en todo momento.

Gran hotel tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios. El personal de la recepción super agradable y el personal de limpieza igualmente. El desayuno buffet muy variado con unos productos locales de calidad. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Durango.

とても清潔でした。浴槽が深さ、広さともに余裕がありリラックスできました。チェックインの前、こちらの確認不足で長い階段を登らなければいけないことだけ大変でしたが、実際には通りへ繋がるエレベーターがあり非常に便利でした。建物全体が洗練された雰囲気で是非また利用したいです。
