スペインカスティーリャ・ラ・マンチャ州で、プールのあるホテル

高台にありトレドの街が一望できる点が最大の魅力。景色は素晴らしい。トレドの駅からタクシーで10分程度。ホテルから数分のところに、旧市街に中心まで行くバス停があるが、バス停の場所が分かりにくいのでホテルで案内の紙をもらうと良い。ホテル自体は古い建物だと思うが、良く清掃されている印象。マドリードのホテルに比べると、ホテルのレートは割安。特急電車でマドリードまで30分強なので、マドリードには泊まらずにトレドに宿泊するプランはありだと思う。ロケーションと施設は良いが、残念ながらサービスには不満な点がいくつかあった。受付の人は、スペインのホテルにしては珍しくフレンドリーさは感じられず、対応が面倒くさそう。そして前日にトレドの夜景を楽しもうと思い、ホテルのレストランでの夕食を予約したが、通されたのは窓側の席ではなかった。窓側の席は白人が占めていて、窓側ではない席はアジア系の人達ときれいに分かれていた。あくまでも偶然であり、人種差別的な対応をするレストランスタッフがいた訳ではないと祈りたい。夕食、朝食ともに料理は平均以上だと思う。

Un buen hotel en un entorno único, integrado en la muralla de Toledo, con instalaciones de palacio de época. Muy bien situado para visitar Toledo. El único defecto fue encontrar un pelo en las sábanas con la duda de si se habían cambiado.

Alojamiento estilo clásico por no decir antiguo, el trato es estupendo de las recepcionistas pero sobre todo de la chica del bar. Majisima! Las sábanas y toallas rotas y el sofá también. Para ser un 4 estrellas mal en ese sentido. Por lo demás todo estupendo. Eche de menos una luz en la piscina.

조식도 맛있고 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요. 더 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다.

部屋は少し狭くて遮音性もあまり良くないですが、古民家をリノベーションしたのかも知れません！ 朝食はビュッフェスタイルではないので、ウェイターとコミュニケーションを取る必要があり、これが難しいです。 場所は古代都市の裏側でかなり良く、バスもあるのでとても便利です！ フロントデスクは素晴らしく、歓迎してくれます。

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion. 3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria. 4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

村の典型的なスペインの家、無意識のうちに外壁の後ろに、噴水と冷たいプールのある快適な港があります。非常に慎重な修理と多くの詳細。コーナーの後ろにあるおいしいレストラン。すべてが好きです!
