エレベーターエリアの近くの265号室に滞在しましたが、残念ながら遮音性は非常に悪かったです。エレベーターの横にある防火扉は、ゲストが通り過ぎるたびに一晩中大声で叩きつけられ、ほとんど眠れませんでした。ホテルは、近くの部屋の騒音を減らすために、本当に柔らかい閉じたヒンジを設置する必要があります。

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town
Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it!
Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

良い場所にある良いきれいなホテル。素敵なバーエリア。ホテルには、ジャグジー、スチームルーム、サウナのあるプールがあり、少しリフォームできます。まともなジム。全体的に良いホテル

We just returned from a 1 night spa break with friends. Hotel is lovely, very quiet & clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best, hash browns literally had no potato inside as they was deep fried to much. The breakfast looked lovely but wasn’t anything to shout about. Luke warm at best. However the granola, pastries, toast etc was very nice.
What stands out with this hotel is the service. Everyone is very polite and the service is very very good.

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

The hotel itself needs a new lease of life. A lock of paint, change carpets and mordenise the bathrooms and furniture. Our chair had stains. Apart from that wow lovely grounds my goodness, staff friendly and helpful, lovely touches like the water and juice available in the reception lobby nice decorated. Loved the gym and pool area too especially the jacuzzi very nice. The ceiling above the roof needs attention, plenty of parking very good and the beds were super comfortable. The TVs well needs bigger and newer ones. Breakfast very nice thanks.

Spent a two night Spa break with my daughter, we had an amazing time, sooo relaxing. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast and evening meal was delicious. Booked a Hot Stone Massage, our first time ! very enjoyable. Have been before but have only stayed for one night, certainly luxury for two nights.

The Hotel seemed a bit lacking … just in that extra of what you’d expect when you are paying for an expensive stay! The staff were pleasant and the room was very nice but no toiletries in the changing room for the swimming pool. Finished dinners and glasses not cleared away. Seemed to be a bit short staffed and the music from the marquee was very loud until midnight. A nice stay but not coming away refreshed as planned unfortunately!

Friendly and helpful staff. The spa area is really calming, and although the steam room and sauna were small were enjoyable. The range of seating was also well planned in the space available. Had Breakfast and a promotion evening meal that was good value and nicely presented

As you drive into the hotel massive reception room plenty of chairs to chill or have a drink , we where meet with a warm smile from the receptionist, and explained everything
The rooms are big very clean , we eat in the restaurant very average price for decent food , but service charge was high
Only downside is you have to pay parking for your stay

ゲゲストWe have booked a long weekend stayed at the hotel in June. It is located close to the long beach which is great for a walk or a run. There is a fantastic cute cafe near the hotel called cafe on the beach. Coffee and pastries were excellent. Breakfast buffet was nothing special but acceptable for the price. Spa and pool facilities were great except that they charge you extra for bath robe and slipper. You have to ask at the reception for those. There is also no travel toothbrush tooth paste or shampoo. We were not expecting to pack them with us as we are used to having them provided by hotels which we have stayed. I would say this is the first time we have experienced this. Staffs were excellent, polite and very welcoming. It is worth staying if you travel close to the area.

ゲゲスト私は 15 年以上前に最後にローヒルを訪れました。残念ながら、排他的な豪華な外観と感じを失いました。ベッドルームが変更され、よりモダンな外観になっていますが、仕上げは素晴らしくなく、色の選択は汚れに優しくありません。彼らは素敵なタッチだったリラクゼーションルームを追加したようですが。提供されている雑誌をちらっと見るのを楽しむために、少し暗い側。バーの食べ物は何もないよりも良かったが、改善の余地がたくさんあった。でも素晴らしい朝食。これらの場所の多くと同様に、細部に焦点を当てません。スパエリアは現在、愛情のあるタッチが必要なので、多くの新しいスパが出現しているか、良い価格レビューと同等です!スタッフは素敵で親切でプロフェッショナルだったと言っています。私は滞在を最大限に活用し、それでもお勧めします。
