Ground floor rooms face to a wall so basically you have no view at all. We found two giant spiders. Limited option in the breakfast and once they ran out, they didn’t bring more. Not bad but not too good either.

Great stay, food was terrible

ホテルの場所は、人里離れた田舎のどこにもいない場所にあり、大規模なグループや結婚式の会場に適しています。私は嵐の夜に予約しなければならず、うまく働き、良い滞在をしました。スタッフもフレンドリーです。

しばらくここに滞在していませんが、出張で滞在するのがいつも私のお気に入りの場所です。ジムは素晴らしく、スタッフは素晴らしく親切です。

To customer service. My partner and l stayed at the Bosworth Hall hotel whilst travelling north for an overnight stay to break our journey and get refreshed to continue our journey. Sadly although the staff were amicable and the site was good we got very little sleep as there was hard noise through the night and early morning. This was acceptable but the bathroom facilities were unacceptable. There was very little water pressure so we could not shower and when inspected the pipe had obviously been faulty and leaking prior to our visit but the pipe had been wrapped with electrical insulation tape and the pressure reduced so it didn,t blow the tape off when used. It was a poor advert for a high class hotel. I attach a photo of the pipe. Also l expect you to make recompense to me. Regards Jacob Thomlinson.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional from the youngish gentleman who checked us in to Julie at the breakfast reception. Probably one of the very best breakfasts we’ve ever had including many 5* hotels. Julie is also an amazing ambassador. Excellent pool and gym plus huge car park at just £6 - we all hate paying that extra charge but they all do it now.

I had a great time at Leonardo Hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The location is absolutely perfect for those flying from East Midlands Airport, I was able to just walk to the departure terminal in about 5 minutes. Guests of the hotel are welcome to use the pool, sauna and stream room. This is perfect to just get some relaxation in before having a long day of travelling. I would even rate the restaurant highly, the steak frites was delicious.

This hotel was brilliant, very modern, super friendly staff.  The food was very nice and everywhere was clean and presented well.  The facilities were lovely, I only used the pool but again staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were clean and tidy.  The hotel grounds were also lovely and the hotel its self was pretty from the outside.
