家族で一番好きなイギリスのホテル – 忘れられないステイケーション体験 ホリデイ・イン ロンドン・シェパートン by IHGは、私たち家族にとってイギリスで一番のお気に入りのホテルです。息子の学期休みや長期休暇が始まると、まず最初にこのホテルを選び、リフレッシュして家族でゆったりとした時間を過ごします。 イースター休暇の最終日、今回もまた忘れられない滞在となりました。ホテルはあらゆる面で私たちの期待をはるかに超えていました。 素晴らしい体験は、フロントでプロフェッショナルで親切な受付係のワリードさんが対応してくれたことから始まりました。彼は親切に車のナンバープレートを登録して夜間駐車できるようにしてくれ、プール施設の改修工事が完了したことを教えてくれました。さらに、息子マットが午後7時までプールを利用できることを教えてくれました。彼の分かりやすい説明と親切な対応のおかげで、素晴らしいプール、ジャグジー、ドライサウナ、スチームルームを存分に楽しむことができました。大人も子供もリラックスしてくつろぐのに最適な場所でした。 泳いだ後、私たちはとてもお腹が空いていました。その時、レストランマネージャーのナディームさんが温かく声をかけてくれ、息子と話をし始めました。マットは大喜びでした。特に、ナディームさんが以前の滞在を覚えていてくれたことが嬉しかったようです。彼の親切な対応のおかげで、私たちは心から歓迎され、大切にされていると感じました。食事を待っている間も、私たちは明るくリラックスした気分で過ごすことができました。夕食後、ナディームさんは再び私たちに話しかけてくれ、マットの勉強を励まし、奥様が素晴らしい教師であることを話してくれました。こうした心温まる個人的な交流は、私たちの心を深く揺さぶりました。 また、ホテルの他のスタッフの方々のおすすめに従って、ウォルトン・オン・テムズなどの近隣の観光スポットを訪れました。おかげで、旅はさらに楽しく、思い出深いものになりました。 ホリデイ・イン・ロンドン・シェパートンは、私たち家族を温かく迎え、大切にし、感謝の気持ちを表してくれました。このホテルは単なる宿泊施設ではなく、私たちにとってまさに第二の我が家のような存在です。 乾杯 パン・パン・チェン 204号室宿泊客

この英国旅行の最初のホテルは、エガムの町の端にあるリゾートです。たくさんの人が住んでいます。私たちの部屋はとても素晴らしいです。ホテルの一番奥では、部屋のトラックを持って歩き続けました。終わりのない終わりまで歩いて、とても言葉が出ませんでした。部屋のレイアウトは悪くなく、とてもエレガントです。しかし、トイレは実際に水洗することはできません、とにかく、私は一晩滞在します。ホテルの朝食は悪くありません。クロワッサンは熱く、カリカリの皮を噛むは、英国で最高のクロワッサンです。 

Wonderful hotel. We were here for a wedding. Beautiful grounds , lovely staff . Food  was very good . Rooms had everything you need, although a little hot but they can’t help the heatwave. Nice spa area . Shame they don’t have treatment rooms as we would have booked treatments. Would highly reccomend.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Parking easy with lots of space. We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it. Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options. The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient. Overall a superb stay.

The doors are heavy and the steps are slippery under raining conditions. Also the network is very bad

到着した瞬間から、スタッフは温かく、歓迎し、気配りがあり、ゲストとして本当に大切にされていると感じました。 ホテル自体は素晴らしい敷地内にあり、喧騒から離れた静かな隠れ家を提供しています。私たちの部屋は美しく提示され、清潔で快適で、リラックスした滞在に備え付けられていました。細部への注意が優先されていることは明らかです。 際立ったハイライトの 1 つはスパでした。設備は素晴らしく、雰囲気は静かで、くつろぐのに最適でした。プールエリアはきれいで、トリートメントは一流で、爽やかで若返りを感じました。 ホテルでの食事も素晴らしい経験でした。食べ物は美しく準備され、風味に満ち、笑顔で提供されました。チームはサービスの質に非常に誇りを持っていることは明らかです。 全体的に、Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa は私の目にはそれ以上のものがあると言えてうれしいです。一流のサービスでリラックスした休暇をお探しの方はぜひお勧めします。戻るのが待ちきれません!

The hotel is nice and lovely. Location is decent and near parks. Service could be better, didn’t really feel the presence of the staff, very standard service - I only put 4 stars because of the person who offered to drive us around the property in the buggy, sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Hong Kong. Rooms were nice and clean, the spa amenities were also nice and there’s an indoor pool that kids can use on specific times. The kids activities were also nice? They had something prepared everyday and the petting farm was my daughters favorite as you can pet and brush and feed horses, donkeys, ducks, goats, rabbits etc.

Clean and comfortable room with all the usual facilities. Lovely spa and pool - also a gym which I didn’t use. Can’t really comment on service as I only briefly saw someone at check in, but she was very pleasant. A restaurant but I didn’t eat there. Good location for travelling into London the next day. Minor issue: bath towels are a bit small and thin (and I’m not a big lady!)

Was there for my son’s graduation. A lovely hotel with huge and comfortable room and a wonderful view. We saw a deer from our room! That was a cute touch to the stay!! A little bit far from the town centre but if you don’t mind taking the bus and see Guildford a little bit more, then its a plus point. There’s a big Tesco down the road which was convenient. The staffs were all so pleasant and helpful! All in all we had a very happy and stress free stay at Holiday Inn Guildford. Tq.
