Was okay but the Pool was closed after 6pm so we could not use it. For us really sad

The location is strategic, close to many attractions nearby. The staff are kind and helpful too.

Clean room, nice shower and good views facing the busy city street. All staffs especially the front office and pleasant and cheerful. It's a walking distance to Ratu Mall Indah.

空港へのロケーションは素晴らしいです。すぐ隣には小さなスーパーマーケットもあります。 部屋は大きくてきれいです。シャワーもとても広く、長時間のフライトの後にリフレッシュするのに十分なスペースがあります。私たちが本当に素晴らしいと思ったのは、部屋に水のカラフェがあり、廊下にある機械でいつでも補充できることです。プラスチックを節約しましょう 👍👍👍 良いアイデアですね。 間違いなくまた来ます。

海に近く、夜景も綺麗な市内最高評価のホテルです。部屋は少し古く、カーペットがたくさん敷かれており、エレベーターが破損しており、経験に影響を与えています。 昼と夜にはテーマビュッフェもあり、ぜひ体験してみてください。

さすがマリオットボンヴォイグループ。インドネシアの中では部屋のクオリティーも良かったです。 部屋のカードキーも２枚貸してくれるし、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。 チェックアウトの日どうしても用事でレイトチェックアウトをお願いしたら確認して、許可してくれました。無料で。 お客に嫌な思いをさせないサービスはさすがです。 朝食にヨーグルトや寿司があったら、、、

The room was clean and quite spacious, no bottled water but there was a dispenser outside the room. There was an electric thermos for boiling water, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar. There was also a toothbrush, sanitary bag, cotton buds. The shower had hot water. No hair dryer, had to borrow from the receptionist. Didn't try the breakfast. There is an Alfamart & BCA ATM in front of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, excellent service and quality of amenities. Happened to experience the 2-year anniversary of this new hotel in the heart of Makassar, staff were super helpful and would always check in with you to make sure every need is being fulfilled. Would definitely come back if visiting the city again, fantastic week of stay in Hyatt Place!
