A comfortable stay for business travelers and solo travelers.
The restaurants, Koji and Ai Di La, served good food, and the service was top-notch.
The only feedback I have is that the breakfast variety should include more international options, as most dishes are primarily Indian cuisine.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay and is highly recommended.

We decided to book a staycation with a runaway facing room since our son loves aeroplanes. The room overall was on point and the view did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet was average and since we stayed just one night, can't comment on variability of dishes. The terrace pool was clean and well maintained, however not large in size. Since there were only 2 groups of 2 guests using the pool, there was no issues. All in all, it was worth the value.

母と私はホテルでの滞在を楽しんだ。まともな設備の整った清潔なホテルでした。良かったのは、スタッフ、特にDM-Santosh Patilからのサービスでした!
彼らはアシュラムまで24時間輸送を提供した。
改善できるのは、タオルを交換する必要があることです。きれいでしたが、使いすぎているようです。
また、ベッドは硬かった。しかし、それでも価格、場所、サービスについては、それはまだ良い取引でした。

よても良い部屋、プール、ヨガ体験、雰囲気、ラウンジ、BAR、最高でした。
宿泊者しか入れないとのことでしたが、誰でも入れる入口でがっかりでした。荷物チェックはありますが宿泊者名簿などのチェックはありません。

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. ゲゲストOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings.
Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down.
The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses.
The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner.
Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time.
In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

ゲゲストThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.
