スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋も素敵です。ロケーションは最高で、パサール＆モールの近くです。新館が気に入りました。部屋の中には祈りに必要なものがすべて用意されていて、素晴らしいです。

Overall, Renai Hotel Kota Bharu provides good value for money with comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and a strategic location. I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Kota Bharu. Being part of the Accor group, the hotel reflects the strong standards and consistency that Accor is known for worldwide. You can really feel the reliability and quality assurance that comes with an international brand like Accor. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and attentive, which is another advantage of staying with an established hotel group. The location is convenient, and the overall environment is well maintained. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and everything was well organized.

川と街の景色、すべての場所に簡単にアクセスできます。建物はイビスホテルに付属しています。清潔で居心地が良いが、シャワーのみを修理する必要があります。ホストからの明確な指示。全体的に素敵な場所👍🏻非常にお勧め

Great location. Mcd, Starbucks, Coffee Beans, Cafe just located at the ground floor. 5mins walk to local food court. Easy accessible to all attractions. Only the downstairs which is the bathroom drains abit clogged.

The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

Overall of the apartment was great but just the allocation of this room apartment is confusing and have to walk a journey from gourd house only will reach the room . The flow of the building construction of the 2 wings building was not so convenience . We have to go to P floor to move to another Wing and to take another Lift from another corner to another end only will reached the room . It will be not so convenience if have guests which with small kids or elderly ppl. The rest was great.
