ネパールバグマチで、プールのあるホテル

There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. I called reception to request for a change of room. Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel. Other than that, hotel lobby and cafe were decent looking and clean.

The hotel staff is very courteous and the food at the hotel is delicious. It's located very close to Lord Pashupatinath temple, hardly 5 minutes walking distance. Very close to the airport as well.

歴史を感じさせる趣のあるホテルでした。設備はやや古めですが、宿泊する価値のある体験ができます。 チャイナタウンからも1.4kmと、それほど遠くありません。ゆっくり散歩がてら歩いて行けますし、帰りには人力車に乗って戻ることもできます。賑やかな通りや路地を行き交うのは、また格別の趣があります。一回500ネパールルピーと、値段もお手頃でした。

清潔でよいホテルですが、窓が開きません。それはかなり息苦しく耐えられないものでした。 ホテルにキャンセルを申し込みまましたが、キャンセル時間の前なのにできないと言われ仕方なく宿泊することに…他の部屋ならバルコニーがあると言われて、18000も多く払うことになりました。 一度キャンセルして、その部屋を取り直ししたかったのですが叶いませんでした。よけいに高く支払うことになり残念な旅行になりました。ホテルとサイトの連携が全く機能していないのが残念です。

ハイアット・セントリック・カトマンズに宿泊しましたが、嬉しい驚きでした。部屋は写真で見るよりもずっと良かったです！広々として清潔で、美しいデザイン。山々、街、そしてモンキー・テンプルまで見渡せる素晴らしい景色が広がります。間違いなく今回の滞在のハイライトでした。 屋上プールはまずまずで、混雑も少なく、雰囲気も良かったです。ルームサービスも一度頼みましたが、食事はまあまあで、朝食は特にハイアットにしては期待外れでした。このブランドとしては、通常の水準からすると、選択肢がかなり限られていました。 一つ残念だったのは、到着時の対応です。タクシーを降りた時、荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれるベルボーイやコンシェルジュスタッフが外にいませんでした。おそらくスタッフ不足のせいでしょう。ロビーに近づくと、スタッフが手伝ってくれて荷物を部屋まで運んでくれました。幸い、チェックイン自体はスムーズで迅速で、通常のチェックイン時間である午後2時よりも前に部屋に入れてもらえたのはありがたかったです。ウェルカムドリンクも素敵な心遣いでした。 全体的に、部屋と景色は素晴らしかったです。おそらくこのハイアットの一番の魅力でしょう。もう少しゲストの到着や食事のバリエーションに配慮があれば、さらに素晴らしい体験になるでしょう。

Bien sûr toute la ligne!personnel chaleureux et accueillant.Les chambres sont propres et l’entretien super,autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Belle piscine sauf quelle devrait être chauffée…

Overall a Good Stay with Great Service The hotel is overall quite good. It offers nice facilities such as a gym, sauna, steam room, and an infinity pool. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to swim during my stay because the pool was very crowded with noisy children at the time. What impressed me the most was the staff — they were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. Their hospitality really stood out and made the stay more pleasant.

Extremely wonderful hotel 15 minutes walk from the airport. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The gym is well stocked and has a great view of the city. Breakfast was another highlight and included many delicious Nepalese, Indian, and Western foods. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping me call taxis for a cheaper fare than the tourist rip off price, and they also helped me store my luggage overnight while I went on a yoga retreat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

アロフト・カトマンズは、トレンディでモダンな雰囲気が漂う素晴らしいホテルです。客室はスタイリッシュで快適、設備も充実しています。屋上バーからは息を呑むような街の景色を一望でき、朝食ビュッフェも美味しいです。スタッフは温かく、気配りがあり、いつでも喜んでお手伝いしてくれます。中心部に位置しているので、カトマンズの観光にも便利です。楽しく、リラックスして、手間なく滞在したい方には最適なホテルです。強くお勧めします！

I booked room for my wife and she is disappointed from hotel staff and she didn’t get same what I booked . Hotel isn’t far from hotel.
