パナマパナマ県で、プールのあるホテル

立地はこのホテルの一番の魅力です。シャワーの底にカビが生えているようです。カビでなければ、きちんと掃除されていないのでしょう。シャンプーやコンディショナーはディスペンサーからなかなか出ません。また、なぜホテルがベッドにまず毛布を敷き、その上にシーツを敷くのか理解できません。衛生的だとは思えません。午前6時前に出発するゲストのために、ホテルが朝食の持ち帰りメニューを提供してくれるのはありがたいです。

スタッフは少し英語を話し、レイトチェックアウトをリクエストしました。 部屋は清潔で広として快適でした。 1泊あたりの価格は大きな価値であり、強くお勧めします。

早めにチェックインさせてもらえたので、最初は良かったです。手続きが始まると、予約は「スタンダードルーム（ダブルベッド2台またはキングベッド1台）」だったので、キングサイズベッドを希望していることを伝えました。ところが、キングベッドには25ドルの追加料金がかかると言われ、がっかりし始めました。理由を尋ねると、予約はスタンダードルームで、キングベッドは追加料金だと言われました。説明文を見せましたが、追加料金だと言い張りました。夫はチェックインしたかっただけだったので、クレジットカードで支払いました。 部屋は綺麗で清潔で、1階にあったのでとても満足しました。テレビはどのチャンネルも映らず、娯楽のためにつけることすらできませんでした。プールエリアに行ったら、プールサイドバーが閉まっていて、滞在中は営業していないことがわかりました（2025年5月5日）。宿泊先を選ぶときは、記載されているアメニティを楽しめることを期待しています。ローシーズンであることやプールサイドバーが閉まっていることは何も記載されていませんでした。私たちはプールでカクテルを飲みながらのんびり過ごすのを楽しみにしていました。バーに入ったのですが、飲み物を持ってきてくれる人を探すのに苦労しました。その後、レストランで素晴らしい夕食をいただきました。サービスも良かったです。 早朝に出発しなければならなかったので、空港まで送迎してくれるシャトルサービスがあったのは助かりました。運転手はとても効率的で安全でした。 25ドルの追加料金については、フロントデスクに伝えました。追加料金は請求されるべきではないと感じていたからです。フロントデスクのスタッフは非常に謝罪し、私の主張を理解してくれましたが、電話番号が書かれたカードを渡すだけでした。全体的に見て、とても美しいホテルで、部屋も快適でした。

I would give this hotel an average rating. The interior decor of the lobby was strange and they kept the lobby and the floor hallways so cold that even the desk staff and other employees had to wear jackets. It was very uncomfortable coming in off the streets to such a cold environment. When asked of the numerous reception desk receptionists throughout the day why they kept it so cold that they had to wear jackets, they said they didn't know. I ended up getting a chest cold from the cold environment. My bed was comfortable, so I will give the hotel a 5 on that. But the room was noisy from both the outside and from the hallways. I had to twice tell the housekeeping to turn down their walkie talkie radios. Breakfast was about the same everyday. Nothing to write home about. I will say the fruit was delicious but everything else was ok. Not much selection. I had to have maintenance come and repair the hand towel holder that was just glued on the tile and fell off my first day. Took two days and numerous requests at the front desk for them to come and repair it. The maintenance man did properly install it this time using a drill and screw instead of glue. I will not stay at this hotel again as there are so many to choose from in this area.

Room was nice and comfortable though carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.   Other than that the facility was nice I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person.  I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar. I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

Soggiornato 2 notti, hotel e camera nella norma. Davanti all’albergo c’è l Av. Balboa, trafficata giorno e notte, perciò si sente un po’ di rumore. Durante il ns soggiorno c’erano dei lavori edili dietro l’albergo, perciò la piscina ( che è piccola per chi vuole nuotare 7/7 m) non è simpatica da usare per via del forte rumore. La colazione non offre tanta scelta e con dei prodotti non a livello di un albergo di questa classifica. Per il prezzo che o pagato il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci stava, ma ho visto che può anche costare fino a CHF 50.00 in più a notte. Torneremo a Panama City alla fine del nostro tour del paese, ma non al Méridien. Gentile e competente lo staff, buono il WI-FI .

So nice place , just pull have only half day sun but food and personal is so great . Love it ❤️
