Staying at The Radisson Gdansk was not just a trip—it was an experience. From the moment we stepped into the tranquil lobby scented with yuzu and cedar, we were immersed in elegance and refinement. Our suite overlooked a canals. The hotel’s Michelin dinner was unforgettable, as was the traditional onsen spa experience. Service was intuitive, discreet, and truly world-class. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored visitors. This is more than just a luxury hotel—it’s where hospitality becomes art. Worth every yen.

The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating. At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise. The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly. I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel just off the Old Town of Gdansk. The rooms are spacious and very clean. An excellent breakfast is served, but the other meals are less overwhelming. For example, the Ceasar Salad I ordered had actually little in common with what a ceasar ought be. The most irritating experience occurred in the swimming pool. The hotel disposes of a beautiful swinning pool which I love to use. However, wwhen I arrived the first day, the pool was was occupied by some acqua gym group and in effect not available to hotel guests. This is totally inacceptable. The hotel guests must be given priority in the use of the pool!

素晴らしいロケーション、中央-巨大なベッドルーム。そしてベッド、とても快適、枕はひどく薄すぎました! スパは、素晴らしいウィークプール、タオルローブ、準備に必要な必需品を備えた新しいものでした。無料のトイレタリーはいいタッチです。 過剰なコーヒーを購入しても10%の強制料金がかかりますが、一部のスタッフは非常に気配りがあるので、小遣いはあなたの裁量でなければなりません。 サンベッドは素晴らしく、ホテルのゲストには無料で、トイレは誰にとっても無料なので、ホテルに戻るのが簡単で近くなります。

Hotel jest bardzo ładny i położony w świetnej lokalizacji, pokoje również są w świetnym standardzie, śniadanie przepyszne, z ogromnym wyborem, obsługa przemiła. Jedyny minus to wprowadzenie limitu czasu w strefie basenowej i saun (1 godzina dziennie) i duża liczba osób z zewnątrz przychodząca na basen. Rozumiem, że hotel chce w ten sposób sobie zarobić, jednak sytuacja w której goście hotelowi muszą czekać w kolejce bo na basenie nie ma wolnych miejsc, a przed nami wchodzi grupa 8 osób z zewnątrz jest niezbyt komfortowa. Do tego przez ten ogrom ludzi nie było ani jednego wolnego leżaka ani nawet miejsca na położenie swoich rzeczy (książki czy szlafroków) w trakcie korzystania z basenu. Uważam, że płacąc prawie 1000zł za noc za 2 osoby z dzieckiem, goście powinni mieć pierwszeństwo wejścia na strefę spa lub limit czasowy powinien być wyższy niż 1h. Przyjeżdżaliśmy regularnie do hotelu i jednym z powodów wyboru była właśnie świetna strefa basenów i saun, gdzie naprawdę można było się zrelaksować - dlatego jesteśmy bardzo zniesmaczeni tym jak to teraz wygląda.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sadova. Handily placed around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Gdansk and had a really nice pool and gym, so facilities were spot on. We stayed In a Classic room which was absolutely fine. If I had one small fault, the room was a little warm and the temperature controls in the room were not working. I assume they turn the aircon off during winter months! Would recommend the hotel though and happily stay again

A nice enough hotel, close to the harbour and beach . Staff were very friendly. Would happily stay again.

We got a much worse room than it looked in the pictures. It was one apartment converted into two smaller ones, with very thin walls. This unfortunately worsened the overall impression of these apartments :(

Hotel komfortowy, położenie świetne, fajny basen na dachu, wygodne łóżko, jedzenie naprawdę bardzo smaczne-tost z jajkiem po benedyktyńsku pyszny, polecam na śniadanie :-) Sam hotel jak i w pokojach czysto, cicho, można wypocząć od miastowego zgiełku....cennik dań i alkoholi raczej dla zachodnich turystów :-) ale,...ale kto decyduje się na pobyt w dobrych, polskich hotelach nie powinien komentować cen :-))) przecież widzimy co wybieramy. Polecam!
