This is a nice hotel, right on the beach. Although the hotel café might not have much of a menu, a two minutes walk is a very nice seafood restaurant. 

It was an amazing overall experience. Not enough time to experience everything, like restaurant Raiva, the Spa, exploring the surrounding trails and explore the river by boat. The rooms are incredible, as the breakfast. The architecture and the landscape surroundings are breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and nice. Regarding the breakfast, I was a little disappointed that in our last day, the croissants had ran out and the few last were a little dry compared with the ones we ate in the previous day. Also the outdoor swimming pools were amazing, although the hotel doesn't have enough sun loungers when it's full. Unfortunately we take a boat ride, as the the rates are scandalous overpriced. In the end we enjoyed a lot the experience and would love to come back.

Staff muito pouco competente para um serviço que pretendem ser de 5 estrelas. Check-in com processo muito moroso e deficitário, com staff muito pouco empático.

If someone is looking for a non-commercial place, but at the same time warm, friendly and naturally composed, then this is a 100% sure choice: without the advantage of form over substance, excellent cuisine (I recommend buying the HB option, it's worth it!), very friendly staff, no crowds and full harmony with the surrounding nature. The location on the lagoon itself adds an additional touch of nature. Away from the hustle and bustle, without rushing. You may get the impression that time slows down here a bit, or maybe it flows differently?

Hotel espaçoso, com quarto amplo com varanda espaçosa. Piscina muito boa. Staff muito prestável. Parte menos positiva a do restaurante não estar disponível para almoço na altura do ano da visita e o caminho de acesso ao hotel ser acidentado, o que prejudicava a busca de outras opções/alternativas.

料金も手頃で、トリップアドバイザーでとてもお得な価格を見つけました。 良かった点：良い香りがしました。フロントでウェルカムドリンクとしてポートワインをいただきました。4つ星ホテルに期待するような細やかな気配りが感じられました。清掃も行き届いており、ルームサービスも良かったです。部屋も朝食も快適でした。地下駐車場もあります。 悪かった点： サービスとフロントスタッフの対応が気に入りませんでした。 部屋にスパローブがありませんでした。4人に対して2枚しかなく、翌日さらに2枚頼まなければならず、入手するのに苦労しました。これは許しがたいことです。 スパエリアは非常に残念でした。トルコ式風呂は故障しており、屋内プールは古く、内装も時代遅れでした。 特別な日だったことを何度も伝えたにもかかわらず、ホテル側は誕生日を祝うための配慮を全く示してくれませんでした。バースデーキャンドルすら用意してくれず、何もありませんでした。スパークリングワイン付きの飾り付けをしてもらうには30ユーロの追加料金が必要でした。料金を支払わなければ、ホテル側は何も対応してくれません。小さなホテルなので、もっと顧客への配慮を期待していました。

Hotel a precisar de remodelações. O chão range é ouve-se de um quarto para o outro. As noites tornam-se mal dormidas devido ao barulho. Falta de cuidado das áreas envolventes, principalmente a piscina exterior. Pontos positivos: a cama é confortável . Os colaboradores prestáveis. Pequeno almoço com variedade

Beautiful home, serene and equipped with everything you need. The style is unique and the ambiance was pleasant. We will definitely come back ❤️
