ポルトガルリスボン県で、プールのあるホテル

立地は悪くありません。部屋の広さは普通でしたが、床はもう少し清潔感があっても良かったと思います。毛布はとても薄く、暖房をつけていても、暖かくするために毛布を半分に折らなければなりませんでした。部屋はかなり騒がしく、廊下や部屋で人の話し声が聞こえ、エレベーター付近もかなり人通りが多いです。バスルームはまあまあで、シャワーの水圧は良好でしたが、温度調節が少し難しかったです。洗面台のお湯は温水ではなく、必要な時に毎回止まるまでずっと流れ続けるので、かなり無駄遣いだと感じました。Wi-Fiは時々不安定でしたが、繋がった時は問題ありませんでした。バーとウェルカムドリンクがあり、とても良かったです。外のパティオも可愛らしかったです。朝食は少し残念でした。トースト、シリアル、フルーツ、キュウリとトマトでした。ある男性がコーヒーを頼んだところ、店員はマシンを指差して「全て揃っています」と言いましたが、私がマシンを見ると、コーヒーの種類はすべて「ご用意できません」と表示されていました。マシンも少し掃除が必要でした。お茶の種類はなかなか良かったです。立地は悪くなく、リベルダーデ通りの入り口から徒歩約10分です。1階にキッチンがあるので、自炊も可能です（私が食べた残念な夕食よりはましだったでしょう）。ウォーキングツアーも提供していて、これは嬉しいですね。典型的なホステルの雰囲気です。

とってもフレンドリーなスタッフときれいな環境に感動しました。部屋はコンパクトですが、必要なものは全て揃っていました。駐車場は、とても狭いのですが、スタッフの方が道路脇まで出してくれたり、ロビーにいると困っていることはないか声をかけてくれたりとホスピタリティを感じるホテルでした。清掃不要のカードをかけておくと、次の日の朝に€5分のホテル内レストランやバーで使用可能のバウチャーを置いておいてくれます。旅行中に室内に入ってもらいたくないためかけておいただけなのに、とてもお得な気持ちになりました。 無料アメニティ:なし

Nice hotels and slightly far from the city centre. There is a metro station 10 mins away. The hotel is decent and offer buffet breakfast.

非常に快適な滞在でした！ホテルはリスボンの中心部に位置し、ロケーションが非常に良いです。ベッドは快適で、水回りも問題なく、清潔感があり、空港に近く飛行機の着陸ルート上にあるにもかかわらず、防音対策もしっかりしていました。 改善点としては、宿泊にスパの利用を含めていただけると嬉しいです。また、4つ星ホテルであることを考えると、朝食の種類を増やしていただきたいです。さらに、提供される食品には最初からシナモンが加えられているのではなく、シナモンはオプションとして選べるようにしてほしいです。 特に良かった点：朝食のコーヒーが最高でした！☕

立地はとても良いです。ただ、部屋について唯一不満なのは、とても暗くて照明が足りないことです。また、エアコンが正常に作動していませんでした。ホテル側で全室に制御されているのだと思います。 とはいえ、全体的には良いホテルです。

Room was moldy, hotel stinks really bad, breakfast very poor choices, the only good thing about this hotel is the view. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

It’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜

本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。ドライバーや国際プラグを貸してくださるなど、とても親切に対応してくださいました。母の60歳の誕生日には、素敵なワインのボトルをプレゼントしていただきました。素晴らしい滞在をありがとうございました。近いうちにまたぜひ来たいです！

このホテルには何度か泊まったことがありますが、今年は最悪でした。部屋には歯ブラシや歯磨き粉はなく、インスタントコーヒーや小さなスプーンさえありませんでした（インスタントコーヒーを飲みたくなかったのですが）フロントデスクに尋ねると、一部の部屋にはこれらのものがないと言われました。ホテルの指定された部屋を選んだのに少し驚きました。なぜ小さなスプーンさえ持っていなかったのでしょうか。来年もこのホテルを選ぶことはありません。 しかし、ホテルのケータリング部門はとても良く、スタッフは熱心で気配りがありました。6日間連続で滞在したため、スタッフはすぐにゲストの食事習慣や趣味に精通し、非常にプロフェッショナルでした。
