This is one of my favourite hotels in Lisbon. It’s clean the air conditioner works very well. The rooms are pretty and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend.
All in all okay place, very noisy in bedrooms as people stay chatting outside on the downstairs terrace and it echo’s all the way up tot the 2nd floor.
Toilet and shower outdated.
Estadia foi uma muito agradável surpresa, o hotel encontra-se numa localização fabulosa, sobre a praia de Porto Novo, por outro lado com vista sobre uma serra e vale verdejantes. O hotel, apesar do peso da idade, encontra-se bem cuidado (principalmente no seu interior, que é o mais importante), o serviço é de boa qualidade, com bons profissionais!

El hotel es precioso ! La cama! La habitación espectacular! El personal atento de una forma tan amable , se ofrecen a ayudarte a todo! Volveré sin dudarlo! Cuando visito Lisboa intento ir a los 5* y este me ha gustado con diferencia
ゲゲストRoom was moldy, hotel stinks really bad, breakfast very poor choices, the only good thing about this hotel is the view. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.
DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.
KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜
