このホテルは優れたサービスを提供し、スタッフはフレンドリーでテキパキしていて、いつも親切です。ホテルのエレガントな装飾と静かで快適な環境は、人々にまるで家にいるような感覚を与えます。ロケーションは理想的で、主要な観光スポットや交通の中心地に近く、非常に便利です。部屋は設備が整っていて清潔で、ベッドは快適で、ジムとプールは素晴らしいです。ホテルのレストランの食事は美味しく、朝食はあらゆる好みのニーズを満たすために種類が豊富です。お勧めする価値のあるホテルです。

立地は最高ですが、タクシーは玄関まで来られないため、荷物を持って少し歩く必要があります（ホテルは歩行者専用路地にあります）。 中心部にあるためか、部屋は少し狭かったです（スペインでは広い部屋に慣れているのですが）。 その他はすべて素晴らしいです。

Our experience at Marquês Garden was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. This beautiful hotel, housed in a charming 124-year-old building, is full of character, history and elegance. Every detail makes it a special place to stay. Our suite was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably maintained, with lovely views overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall quality of the facilities and service exceeded our expectations. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly welcoming, kind, attentive and professional. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would particularly like to highlight an extraordinary gesture from one of the gentlemen working at reception. Yesterday, we accidentally left a bag containing personal belongings and gifts for our family back home in Mallorca at a restaurant called San Valentim, in Matosinhos. When we explained what had happened, the gentleman at reception immediately took charge of the situation. He personally contacted the restaurant, arranged an Uber to collect our forgotten bag and organised its safe return to the hotel. He went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, showing remarkable kindness, professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. This is what true hospitality looks like. It is relatively easy to find a beautiful hotel, but finding a beautiful hotel with people who genuinely care about their guests is something truly special. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience and, above all, for the exceptional treatment we received. We wholeheartedly recommend Marquês Garden to anyone visiting Porto. ポルトに来るのは今回で2回目です。このホテルは今年できたばかりで、環境、受付のサービス、マリオットグループなのですべてのスタッフの対応など、すべてが私にとっては完璧だと思います。ホテルのレベルはグループにとって満足できるものだと思いますが、私にとって最も重要な点は、洗面台の蛇口とシャワーヘッドから出る水の流れです。水の流れが非常に遅く、ほぼ0です。シャワーを浴びたとき、また洗面台から何かを洗いたいときも、本当にひどい経験でした。残念です。次回はホテルが改善してくれることを願っています。そうでなければ、3度目にはここには泊まりません。

We were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

The least you expect from a five star hotel was a good service and cleanlinless. We stayed here for 5 nights and they did not change our bedsheet even though it was written that they will change it every 3 days, no refill of water, no refill of tissues and coffee and tea we had to request it. There’s a small cockroach in the bathtub. At the front desk they don’t even greet you whenever you passby I am not being entitled that I should be greeted I just compare it to other hotel where they always smile. It’s hard to call the front desk sometimes it will take 5 minutes.  On the positive side the food in the restaurant was really good and the drinks at the bar those who are working there was really nice and attentive too. I’d like to commend also Fabrizio who always smile and who helps us with our luggage when we check in and check out.

ポルトのユーロスターズ・アリアドスで素晴らしい滞在を楽しみました。5つ星ホテルと謳っていますが、高級4つ星ホテルのような雰囲気です。5つ星ホテルならではの贅沢なサービスや特別な雰囲気が欠けているからです。とはいえ、価格に見合った価値があり、素晴らしい滞在となりました。 このホテルの最大の魅力の一つは、ポルトの中心部に位置し、徒歩で街を散策しやすいという立地です。中心部にありながら、部屋は静かで防音対策もしっかりしており、ぐっすりと眠ることができました。 チェックインはスムーズで効率的で、フレンドリーでプロフェッショナルなスタッフがすぐに歓迎してくれました。滞在中も、スタッフは丁寧で親切に対応してくれ、快適な滞在を約束してくれました。 部屋は広々としてスタイリッシュ、そしてとても快適でした。キングサイズのベッド、エレガントな内装、そして贅沢なひとときを演出してくれる大きなシャワーが備わっていました。全てが完璧に清潔で、ホテルを選ぶ際に常に重視する点です。 ホテルには、ジム、サウナ、ハマムを備えたスパがあり、宿泊客は無料で利用できます。今回は利用できませんでしたが、モダンで手入れが行き届いており、居心地の良い空間で、ホテルの魅力をさらに高めていました。 ユーロスターズ アリアドスは、スタイリッシュで快適な滞在をリーズナブルな価格で提供しています。真の5つ星ホテルとまではいかないかもしれませんが、ポルト中心部で質の高いホテルをお探しの方には最適な選択肢です。ぜひまた泊まりたいです！

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best choice!! The staff was very welcoming and thoughtful :) View from the room is incredible. Location is great but slightly further away from Porto city centre but means it offers more peace and tranquility.

I atai there before . I like everything. This time I was counting on going to the indoor swimming pool . I was desapoiares.

酒店很好 就是門口那個破有點抖 兩個人拖了兩個箱子有點累 車子開不上去 還好酒店工作人員幫忙解決了這個問題 很感謝 酒店早餐很豐富 蛋類很多品種都是現點的 還有很多鮮榨果汁和奶昔 西式早餐裏算可以的了 每天也會略微還一下酸奶口味什麼的 喜歡吃蛋撻 房間也大 唯一不好就是酒店門口到房間彎彎繞繞到房間走很多路有點辛苦 其他完美
