Beautiful Location & Amazing Staff – But Disappointed About the Pool The hotel has a fantastic location with beautiful views, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always on time. I especially want to thank Mr. Yusof Tatlı, who was very professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome — a real asset to the hotel. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool was not operational during my stay, despite it being listed as one of the hotel’s available amenities at the time of booking. There was no prior notice or mention of seasonal closure, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, I had a positive experience thanks to the wonderful team and location, but I do recommend the hotel to clearly communicate the availability of key facilities in advance.

Довольно приятный отель, больше формата бич-клаба. Всегда что-то происходит, всегда музыка, небольшие корпуса из 2-х этажей и собственный пирс-пляж. Классная зона с настольным теннисом. Питание неплохое - голодными не останетесь, все вкусно, но без каких-то изысков. Порадовал классный интернет, внезапно,было удобно работать. Из минусов: грязноватые номера, которые убирают формальным проходом мокрой тряпкой минуты за 2 (реально). А также фантастическая слышимость в номерах. Удавалось спать только в берушах, даже в те моменты, когда выключалась ”дискотека” (против которой даже беруши не помогали, вы буквально будете вибрировать под басы).

Очень хороший отель, сервис на высоте, в номере есть все тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, можно попить кофе или чай, близко к морю, что не маловажно у отеля есть пляж бесплатный напротив через дорогу 😍Завтрак а-ля карт в ресторане по меню очень вкусный 😋Однозначно рекомендую!

The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. Отель могу точно рекомендовать. Бронировали номер с видом на море, в него и заселили. Большой и светлый номер без посторонних запахов. Расположение для нас было идеальным: начало ликийской тропы в минутах 20 от отеля, но имейте в виду, что подниматься до неё придётся в гору; канатная дорога в 5 минутах от отеля, когда мы были она не работала все 3 дня. До моря можно прогуляться пешком вниз, обратно вернуться на маршрутке (50 лир с человека). Особенно хочется отметить молодого человека, который работает на ресепшн. Очень клиентоориентированный и проявляет реально заботу о гостях. Спасибо ему за это! Забота в мелочах это очень ценно. Завтрак был вполне обычный, но достаточный, чтобы начать день.

The rooms are stunning, modern, and well-designed, and the entire property and grounds are beautifully maintained. Another major highlight was the food—everything we ate was very good, highly flavorful, and beautifully presented. The culinary team definitely knows what they are doing. ### The Bad: Service and Value for Money Unfortunately, the service is where the experience truly stumbles. For a hotel in this price range, you expect attentive and professional hospitality, but we found the staff to be largely untrained. On multiple occasions, we noticed employees hanging around on their smartphones rather than paying attention to or serving the guests. It felt like we had to wave people down just to get basic service. ＞ **Final Verdict:** Because of the lackluster service, that absolute ”luxury feeling” you expect at this price point never quite kicked in. It’s a beautiful property held back by poor service. However, if they manage to fix these issues and train their staff properly, **we would definitely come back in the future.**

Отдыхала одна в этом отеле, мне все очень понравилось, я забронировала номер у бассейна и это 10/10 очень удобно и красиво, отель на вид новый , и с очень хорошим интерьером ( кому важна эстетика, этот отель точно подойдет ) отель не большой, но очень уютный. На территории много растений, за которым ухаживают это радует глаз. Персонал очень дружелюбный, начиная с ресепшен заканчивая уборщицами , которые всегда улыбаются и очень вежливые. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Labranda Mares. I would describe it as a good value-for-money hotel rather than a luxury resort. The highlight of our holiday was definitely the staff—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea views and direct access to the coastal walking path, which is perfect for walking or running. The food was generally good, with fresh pizzas, pides, grilled dishes, salads, and desserts, although there was no red meat during our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the omelettes and gözleme, but the pancakes were always stale. The snack bars and pastry corner could also offer better quality and more variety. The hotel does have some areas that need improvement. The entertainment was inconsistent, the sound system needs upgrading, and charging extra for bingo cards felt unnecessary. The gym is very basic, the games area was dirty despite being reported, and the hotel itself is showing its age with peeling walls and elevators that broke down almost every day. The parking area is far from the hotel, there is no valet service, and the buggy is only available during check-in and check-out. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday thanks to the amazing staff, but I think a hotel that is almost always fully booked could invest more in better facilities, food quality, and entertainment. I probably wouldn’t return, but I still think it’s a reasonable choice if you’re looking for a good value-for-money holiday.
