このホテルはロケーションが良く、移動に便利です。特にラガーディア空港へのシャトルバスは非常に助かりました。全体的に素晴らしい体験ができました。 まず、フロントの対応が非常にプロフェッショナルで親切でした。チェックインもスムーズで、到着してすぐにリラックスできました。部屋は広々としていて、レイアウトも良く、ベッドも柔らかすぎず硬すぎず、とても快適に眠れました。清潔さも申し分なく、細かいところまで行き届いており、嫌な匂いや埃もありませんでした。周辺にはレストラン、ショップ、公共交通機関が簡単に見つかります。 唯一の小さな要望は、朝食の種類がもう少し豊富だと嬉しいですが、全体的にコストパフォーマンスが非常に高く、おすすめです。次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。

ロングアイランドに戻るのはとても幸せです。ロングアイランドの環境は快適で快適です。ホテルの環境は静かで清潔で快適で、駐車場は無料です。フロントデスクのサービスも良いです。ベッドは少し柔らかいですが、アメリカのベッドは硬すぎません。室内のエアコンはあまり調整が行き届いておらず、少し寒いです。 短所:トイレのライトと排気ファンが接続されており、オンになると騒音が非常に大きい。 私たちは運転しました、ホテルの入り口は見逃しがちです、そして、私たちは隣の未知の建物に運転した後、ホテルに戻るたびに。

立地は良いですが、値段相応といった感じです。一番安い部屋タイプはかなり狭いので、一泊するだけならアリです。階下のジェラート屋さんがとても美味しかったです。

チェックアウトの朝、受付係の一人であるスザンヌと非常に悪い経験をしました。彼女はプロのマナーを持っておらず、私が作った預金について尋ねられたとき、どんな情報も提供したくないでした。彼女の突然のコミュニケーションスキルは、親切な分野では珍しいことを目撃したことに驚きました。レセプションで働くスタッフはホテルのイメージであり、スザンヌの行動とマナーはセネカホテルアンドリゾートの評判を損なうと思います。 私がこのレビューを書いた理由は、スタッフのパフォーマンスを向上させることであり、特定のスタッフのキャリアを損なうつもりはありません。 ありがとう

メイドはとても親切で、価格は手頃で、部屋は清潔で整頓されています

Great location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds.  The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice.  The hotel is older and it definitely shows.  We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet.  The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.

前評判の悪さでハードルが下がっていたこともあり、全体的に「なんだ、思ったよりいいじゃん」という感じでした。 確かにお湯が出ないシャワーとか鍵がかからないトイレとか混じってるけど、値段も合わせて、まあ古い寮にでも泊まったらこんなもんかなと。ただ掃除が豪快で朝はオキシ臭がすごい。 トイレシャワーが共用なのも、チェックイン時にリゾート料がキャッシュで必要なのも全部記載してあるし、部屋に無いとか理由なく金取られたとかで文句言ってる人は単に読んでないだけ。グレード上げればトイレシャワーついてる部屋だってあるよ。それでも安いし。 チェックインや荷物預かりについてフレキシブルに対応してもらえて、大変助かりました。 客の民度は100パーギャンブルと思いますが、私は静かで穏やかなクリスマスが過ごせました。

Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked. Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was under renovation so ice machines weren't working, halls were dirty, and rooms needed these upgrades. My room itself was decently cleaned but the bathroom was not. The corners had accumulated dirt\dust\tp and the bathtub had a ring around it. Shower water pressure was great and had Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. It is also one of the few hotels I've stayed at that actually included bars of soap if that is your preference like me. The breakfast had a decent variety to choose from, especially if you just wanted something quick. I chose to head into Albany and get some real food and coffee. All of what I said above is fixable with this ongoing renovation and that should be taken into account when reading my review. What probably won't be fixed is the lack of any sort of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear every door close on my floor and people talking in the hall sounded like they were in my room!! Strongly suggest you get a room away from the elevators if possible. Unfortunately I did not have the time to check out the Pool or Hot Tub but did see some kids having a good time in there. Location is 15 minutes away of just about everything you want to see in Albany and I was all over the place that weekend. Take an edible or Ambien to sleep through late night partiers or early risers and you will be all set!!
