ベトナムラム･ドン省で、プールのあるホテル

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

もっと長く滞在したかったです。すべてが完璧でした。サービスは最高でした。スタッフは本当に期待以上の対応をしてくれました。 ホテルはインドシナ様式でとてもスタイリッシュです。ロビーから待合室、そして各部屋まで、すべてがセンス良く装飾されています。すべてがとても清潔で開放的です。ホテルはよく整備されており、細部まで行き届いていました。 朝食は素晴らしく、種類も豊富で毎日メニューが変わります。*料理と麺料理のコーナーもあります。 唯一気になったのは、マットレスが少し硬めだったことです。必要であればマットレストッパーも用意してもらえました。私たちはトッパーを使うことなく快適に眠ることができました。 総じて、このホテルはあらゆる面で私たちの期待を上回っていました。ホテルの1ベッドルームアパートメントに家族で滞在しましたが、値段以上の価値があったと感じました。またぜひ訪れたいと思っています。

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

バスから早く降りて、早めにチェックインできるかと聞いて、25万ドンを追加して20万ドンで交渉しましたㅋㅋホテルで交渉可能ㅋㅋㅋ ハイフロアといえばもっと高かったビューは壁に遮られ4階にキャリアを持参する苦労した チェックアウト時に現金がないのでカードを計算すると言い、手数料があると言い、近くのatmに行って引き出して来てください。しかし、近くにないのは罠です。 カードを支払うつもりだ カードマシンはダメだって 結局バイクに連れて行ってくれたのに抜かれずシンバッドケバブの近くまで行った(バイクで7-8分程度)やっと抜いて計算しました。 場所の清潔さは良くありません、他の場所に行きましょう!プール王汚れㅠ

素晴らしく美しいホテルで、スタッフもフレンドリーです。朝食は午前7時から10時まで提供されており、プールは午後10時までオープンしています。海が見える客室はプライバシーが保たれています。客室はホテルの写真通りです。

「素晴らしい！」ムイネーでは間違いなくトップクラスの美しいリゾートで、景色も良く、プライベートビーチもあります。チェックイン時には一度鐘を鳴らしてくれるのが、とても儀式的な感じがして良いです。スタッフのHangさんはとても親切で、ウェルカムドリンクのドラゴンフルーツティーも美味しく、毎晩ターンダウンサービスで届けてくれるおやつも美味しいです。朝食も豊富で感動的でした。Hanh Cafeの車で出発する予定だったので、ホテルにバス会社に連絡して迎えに来てもらうようお願いできたのも、とても助かりました。

I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

ホテルは新しくて環境もとても良いです。部屋は少し狭く、場所は比較的離れています。主に韓国人向けです。ほとんどのスタッフは中国語を上手に話せません。 衛生状態：かなり良い。 唯一の欠点は、子供の朝食が比較的高価で、1人あたり350,000、子供2人で700,000と、少し無防備なことです。

良いロケーション。中心部までは車で10分くらいかかりました。 良いサービス。周辺を歩いていると、ハウスキーピングスタッフやガーデンスタッフが皆フレンドリーな笑顔で迎えてくれました。 ***特別: ホテルには美しいクリスマスの装飾が施されています。

良かった点: 素晴らしい敷地（孔雀が30羽ほど見えました）、ボリュームたっぷりの美味しい朝食、美しい湖のほとり、ボート遊びができるホテル。 他にも悪かった点がいくつかあります。メインの建物と部屋は、もっと手入れが必要な、記念碑的で古びた建物になっています。ロビーの女性用トイレは水洗式ではありませんでした。車がないと不便で、どこにも遠く離れています。チェックイン時にベッドの問題が発生しました。ファミリールーム（大人2名＋子供2名）を予約したのですが、ベッドは3台分しかありませんでした。追加料金を支払って、4人目用に床にマットレスを敷いてくれました。部屋はとても湿気が多く寒いので、部屋とバスルームにはポータブル電気暖炉があり、夜中にそのうちの1つが火事になり、とても怖かったので自分で消しましたが、火災報知器は作動しませんでした。この状況に対して私たちは何も受け取りませんでしたし、謝る人もいませんでした。彼らは私たちに広くて素敵な部屋を用意してくれたかもしれませんが、ホテルは30%埋まっていました。火事の後、子供たちが眠っている夜、私たちは歩いて帰宅していました。私たちが移された部屋は、床に敷かれたマットレスと電気暖炉だけという、似たような部屋でした。しかし、到着する前にコンセントとカバーはすでに溶けてしまっていました！傾いた卓球台、照明のないビリヤード台、子供スペースのカーテンは破れ、バーカウンターは使えなくなっていました。かつての贅沢さの名残です！悲しく、憂鬱な後味でした…。
